In a few words, a very pleasant experience. After shopping with grandchildren at nearby mall we headed for Chili's for lunch. The 13 year-old ordered Big Mouth Bites as a meal-he loved it! The 15 year old ordered a half rack of ribs - came with 3 sides. He chose mac & cheese, fries & quesadillas; he enjoyed everything, although he felt the ribs were a little on the dry side. The adults ordered brisket quesadillas & chicken ranch quesadillas-all were delicious....

We went for my sister's birthday! The hostess and server were great. The food was all too salty, like overly seasoned. We all had different dishes from triple dipper, wings, smokehouse combo, etc.

The food was adequate at best. The service sucks. Seated politely, waited seven minutes in an empty restaurant. Server was very nice and considerate. There is an obvious lack of structure and communication in the work force. Bartender and server was good, greeting and seating personnel suck! They stand around doing nothing but personal conversation among themselves. Very disappointed!
