I have never written a bad review but I’ve also never had bad sweet and sour chicken until today. They put the chicken in the wrong container so it was all soggy and gross when I got it, when I crisped it up in the air fryer yeah it got crispier but the flavor was just not right and it was insanely greasy along with my fortune cookie being extremely stale. Was just so disappointed I had to leave a review

The food is alright. But the place looks DIRTY & there was some type of confetti or something shiny and stringy in my pork. But like I said the food was well flavored, rice has good salt. Just probably won’t go back due to lack of cleanliness

I can’t rate the atmosphere as this was a to-go order… the food was uninspiring… egg foo young gravy was off putting, the lo mein was extremely ginger forward in flavor and the noodles were overcooked and clumpy, the eggroll was flavorless, and the highlight was that the orange chicken was at least mediocre… it’s only saving grace was that it was prepared pretty quickly… I wish it had taken twice as long and been of better quality.

The chicken chow mein that was ordered was basically a plate full of onions, a few tiny pieces of celery and the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen in a Chinese food order. The food was also very salty. We are so disappointed ☹️.

They made me wait for a while because they thought I was picking up a different order. When I did get my sesame chicken lunch, they left off the egg-roll—when I called them about it missing, the lady got frustrated with me and told me I was wrong and that she had put it in there. She told me I could get a free eggroll next time and hung up.
The food I did get wasn’t well seasoned and the rice was soft instead of being fried.
Ordered delivery and the chow mein was a few pieces of chicken with just onions and no noodles. Fried rice has a horrible burnt taste to it. Everything was really bad. Waste of money. These type of places make me cook a lot more at home. Horrible food

The phone etiquette needs to be better, not patient, not helpful. But the food is awesome, it's quick,it's fresh. The delivery guy so fast,nice and friendly. I payed extra to get egg in my rice, I did not see any egg.
