“New manager, fresh food and smiling employees. Please pay your new manager enough to stick around.
(This is the worst Chipotle in the country, the food is never fresh. The food is cooked hours before you arrive and is actually being reheated by the heat on the serving line. They used to have the best employees and food, then that guy started managing. On a positive note theres almost never a line at this location. Its good if your absolutely starving.)“
“Out of the Chipotles in the area, this one in Coral Springs is the better of the two. Friendlier crew, less of a madhouse, and you don’t feel like you’re standing in line for an immigration checkpoint just to get a burrito bowl.
Service here? Usually spot on — quick, polite, and without the side of indifference you sometimes get elsewhere. The food is standard-issue Chipotle: dependable, customizable, and exactly what you expect. Still, I can’t help but wish the queso had that just-made, molten-fresh vibe instead of looking like it came from a holding tank at a ballpark.
But credit where it’s due: this location is calmer, cleaner, and staffed with people who seem to give a damn. That alone makes it a cut above its sibling across town.
Bottom line? If you’re in Coral Springs and craving Chipotle, this is the spot. Bring your appetite, lower your expectations for queso glory, and be glad you picked the friendlier option.“
“I like to leave reviews when I feel the service I received was amazing.. and this is definitely the case! A few days ago I visited this place, and when I placed my order, the girl who helped me (the one with curly hair) took the time to clean the table before preparing the burrito I ordered. I thought that was awesome! I wish every restaurant I’ve ordered from would do things this way. I’m very satisfied with the service she provided, and I hope to come back 100 more times. Thank you so much! 😍“
