steak was cold. Like cold still from the freezer on my tacos. I've been told this location specifically isn't good and this confirmed it.

I ordered five Chipotle bowls for dinner with the usual—rice, beans, chicken, corn, and lettuce. We got home, opened the bags, and… what the heck is this? The portions were ridiculously small, like baby-sized servings. We’ve ordered the same thing plenty of times before, and this was nowhere near the normal amount. For the price, this was beyond disappointing.Come on, Chipotle!!! if I’m paying full price, I expect a full meal, not a half empty bowl.

Food was great and exactly what I ordered. I have come here multiple times over the past few years and the service has definitely improved in that time. The pickup counter still ignores you sometimes until you say something, but it happens maybe 1 out of 20 times coming in instead of almost every time it would happen over a year ago.

All in all a good location with good employees these days.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. If you show up anytime after 6:30 they’re gonna be out of some thing, and they make it your problem. If they’re low on something they will not give it to you even if you’re asking for it. I asked for a little bit more cheese on my bowl, but because it was their last (full) container, the employee refused to give it to me though I’m a paying customer and offered to pay extra…hope it was worth now wasting the entire bowl (including the “little bit” of cheese they had left) as I walked out the door for them refusing to make what I ordered. Don’t work in customer service if you aren’t will to provide it.

This has to be the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to 😩
First of all, I walked in and the staff looked like they just left a funeral. Not one smile in the building.
The food tasted just as sad.
I got the steak bowl and the steak tasted like it was boiled. Everything was so bland! Not one grain of salt. Just bits of sadness and disappointment in a bowl 🥹
I know chipotle is known for being skimp on their food but gaddamn, they gave me baby scoops.
Then I get charged $10 for a side of rice and cheese 🫠

Once again I received someone else’s order. you can’t call the store and explain to them what happened. You get lost in a menu and they tell you to email them or they sent you an email. There is no more customer service from these people. Truly, the lowest common denominator must work there, because nine times out of 10 my order is always wrong. They do a lot of refunding. They probably would make a lot more profit if they actually got people’s orders right. I don’t know who Melissa Sousa is, but I have her order. Lol

This place is going down hill. 1st off they raise the prices snd on top of that cut back on the protein. If you are going to raise price at least don't be cheaping out. Also the eat in area always looks dirty and the staff who prepares the food need to pay attention. I'm done coming here, my buddies recommend the Zona place down the street, will ho there.

Too small of portions, go to the other one north on University and Wiles

The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot, they serve less and less food for the same price as it increased, since chiplote is not the same place where it was worthy to buy a burrito or burrito bowl, I notice this location the amount of the food is less than the location elsewhere. I definately won’t recommend this location only if your money bothers you in your packets and you want to go throw them away there!

Sign says they open at 10:45, I went at 11:05 and the doors were locked. I’m not usually a stickler about opening times as I’ve worked in food service before and know how it feels but I’m in a rush to get somewhere and this just set me back.
