By far the worst Chipotle ever!! It sucks that this location is close to my home, but I would much rather drive 20 minutes for a quality bowl with the appropriate amount of protein and Without the attitude of the workers..

Worst location hands down, not clean, skimp out of meat portions and on top of that they have a terrible attitude towards customers. Not sure what happened in the last 5-6 years but chipotle has dropped the ball in all aspects of their business.

Had to ask for triple chicken because they short change you so much here he literally tapped most of the chicken off of each spoonful. Not to mention I got about a quarter scoop of black beans because the pan was low. Go anywhere else. I should’ve just left before he gave me the food and I had to pay.

Man this place is the epitome of hoodlandia..went in yesterday at 6pm to get a steak bowl with double meat ..the kid literally gave me like 5 pieces of steak on the second scoop and I was like yo can u make it a real double steak and he adds a few more pieces..I say thanx and proceed to get the rest of my toppings get to the register and the girl is charging me for triple steak..I'm like I asked for double steak what are u doing....here comes the attitude ..uh uh ...uh uh ..you got 3 scoops ...I'm like no I asked for double steak and that's what I got she proceeded to argue and over comes even more ratchetness from the supposed manager who wasn't even there saying nope you got 3 scoops you can pay for it or we will remake you another one ...I was like so ur going to throw away that bowl waste it to make me another one with less meat ...she's like yep ...so they take my bowl to the takeout station and proceed to dih thru my bowl with their hands after being on register and doing other things..I'm like what are you doing the manager is like remaking ur bowl with nasty attitude ..I said not in that ur digging yall hands thru it are you crazy...I said I'm not paying for that..manager turns her back on me walks off and is like whatever ...just straight disrespectful hood antics at this place so this manager apparently has no clue about wasting food she down right bewildered when I said so ur going to throw away that bowl and make me a new one with less meat ...critical thinking is definitely an issue going on here ...inusually don't go to this one .
.I usually go to the one on university but it was close to my house and I didn't feel like fighting the traffic...but yet again this location was hood af...I stopped going there becuz the manager last time I'm sure same woman cuz I wanted my salsas on the side instead of on my bowl and she was trying to charge me extra and I was like so if I get it on my bowl I don't pay but on the side it's extra she's like yup scoffs at me and walks off..I was like it's even an option on the app ..she just ignored Me....chipotle fire that manager she literally is costing yall money and just does plain stupid stuff because she has an attitude problem...ridiculous

First time trying Chipotle and it was wayyyyy better than I ever thought!! No more Pollo (for me) it was excellent. It actually surpasses LA Granja! I got their grilled chicken bowl with brown rice black beans corn lettuce MAGNIFICO💯

This is literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many. The portions suck!!! Rice portion sucks beans portion suck don’t even let me get to the chicken and steak portion. Come on dude. You guys in chipotle make enough money to not be so stingy man yet the ceo comes out and says they will start giving the correct amount in orders after so many complaints. All lies def not happening in this chipotle location.

I’ve been to a lot of chipotles, but this by far was the worst chipotle experience I ever had. I understand the economy things have to be cut back on, but the amount they were trying to put in the bowl was next to nothing and when I had them add a little and I emphasize a little extra for my daughters I spent over $20 for a freaking bowl Absolutely horrible and it was dirty in there.

It amazes me how disgusting the attitudes of the workers and management are at this location. It’s always trash build up. Food and tables dirty. Drink station filthy never see anyone cleaning the dinning. Then the front line where they should be serving for with INTEGRITY. It’s a health hazard seeing dried up food in pans burning. Food not being flipped out into new pans, food all over the top of the food line. The salsa area all topping mixed in with each other. The staff don’t even GREET you never feel welcoming. No one smiling you just see them whispering to each other and laughing. The focus is NEVER on the customer. FOOD Isn’t appetizing. I tried to give this location try after try and always a disappointment. They need a new staff and someone that actually cares. They are going to run this place to the ground. Something needs to be done ASAP. Seems like corporate not doing their part I have said something before. The managers and staff that work at night are rude, unwelcoming, and the food wasn’t appealing at all. Hopefully someone get this under control ASAP.
