They had no water cups( but they clearly did). Also try to charge for more rice and sour cream which no one of the other chipotles do. It was terrible service too
The server was using her gloves to touch the food to put it in the bowl and then wiped the counter with her gloves and kept touching the food. Should be reported for dirty dining
New Honey Chicken was excellent
Little girl running the line, tried to argue with me about sour cream talked about me in front of two of the coworkers so I can hear her trying to embarrass me and she ended up being wrong when I cashed out May 21st never coming bak Who hires these animals? none of them knew the price at the line. Either none of them are trained or educated.
Chipotle is really going down hill. I just got a bowl and asked for chicken and steak. The server scooped not even half of the spoon of chicken and put it in my bowl. I said you can put more in there and she looked annoyed that I said that. I’m paying for it so why the attitude? She literally said for a full scoop of chicken, It would be double. LIKE SERIOUSLY????! Then when she went to scoop the steak, she put too much on the spook I guess and I LITERALLY watched her flick off a huge amount and again put not even half a spoon full in my bowl. What the hell is going on? Never again. I won’t go back to any Chipotle.
The food not as before; the service as in any place with low salary (the customer is another number); there was not a single table that was clean (apparently there were no employees who passed a rag); and the restroom better not even go in. It's a pity.
Rice was half cooked in my bowl
It's the first time I go this location, they serve less avocado the is supposed to, they charge 3$ extra for this.
They were disgusting, they drained the juices and the juices got into the silverware cups and they didn’t change the silverware. Customers got silverware with juice all over them. They got juice all over the floor under the fountain and didn’t clean anything. Very dirty!
Expectedly solid but seems like staff is less attentive than years past

I never post reviews, and I’m usually very kind and understanding of employees wherever I go but the experience I had today at Chipotle was beyond unacceptable.
I came in to purchase two $15 gift cards, and the cashier had a terrible attitude. He barely spoke, didn’t acknowledge me, and told me to insert my card before the amount even showed up. He ended up charging me $50 and didn’t even give me the gift cards I asked for.
When I pointed it out, he silently started putting one card in an envelope. I asked for two, he ignored me completely, walked away, came back, rolled his eyes, and walked away again without saying a word. He honestly didn’t seem very coherent.
A manager (Nora) eventually came out, and just said gift cards are non-refundable and told me to “call my bank.” I explained the issue, that I only intended to spend $30, but she offered no other solution.
When I asked for her name in case customer service asked for it, she gave it rudely. When I asked for the cashier’s name, she snapped, “You don’t need his name.” Then the kid started laughing and said, “My name is Anonymous.”
I left without a resolution, overcharged, and completely disrespected. This kind of treatment can absolutely make people stop coming. I know members of my family will think twice before returning after this.
As a manager you would think that she would be aware of all of these complaints/reviews and tried to do better but it seems this is the very culture she has created and accepted. I hope she and chipotle management do something to make this place better.
LI recently visited Chipotle for the first time in over a decade with my kids. I ordered two kids’ meals with Honey Chipotle Chicken, assuming it would be more sweet than spicy. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite spicy, which was difficult for my son who is on the autism spectrum.
When I politely explained the situation, I was told I’d need to pay $6 for replacement sides. One staff member responded dismissively, saying I should have read the ingredients on the board, which felt very impersonal given the circumstances.
The manager on duty was kind and understanding, which I appreciated. However, I later emailed her using the info on her business card and never received a response.
While I appreciated the initial effort to help, this experience highlights the need for better customer service training, especially in how to handle situations involving special needs families with more care and empathy.
I got a chipotle honey chicken bowl and it was so good but when throwing away my food, I saw an employee sneezing in his elbow and just continuing to make food. I was a little skeptical but just shrugged it off. It is the next day and I have thrown up 5 times and had explosive diarrhea. Never eating here again. Also they forgot our chips.
Ordered extra guacamole and got literally just teaspoon 😄 liars
The chipotle app forces me to uninstall and reinstall every time i try to order i’ll get a message: “Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again.” Other than that super annoying inconvenience this location and the service is great.
