Service sucks here, they need a manager to make sure food is ready and service is being handled appropriately. Every time I go there I am waiting a min of 15 mins for the food to be refilled and then the line gets all messed up and discombobulated they skip you and get unorganized for a freaking line. How hard is it to take one customer at a time. This is the 2nd time it happened next time I will not go if it happens again.

Out of the Chipotles in the area, this one in Coral Springs is the better of the two. Friendlier crew, less of a madhouse, and you don’t feel like you’re standing in line for an immigration checkpoint just to get a burrito bowl.

Service here? Usually spot on — quick, polite, and without the side of indifference you sometimes get elsewhere. The food is standard-issue Chipotle: dependable, customizable, and exactly what you expect. Still, I can’t help but wish the queso had that just-made, molten-fresh vibe instead of looking like it came from a holding tank at a ballpark.

But credit where it’s due: this location is calmer, cleaner, and staffed with people who seem to give a damn. That alone makes it a cut above its sibling across town.

Bottom line? If you’re in Coral Springs and craving Chipotle, this is the spot. Bring your appetite, lower your expectations for queso glory, and be glad you picked the friendlier option.

Service is difficult. I think they are doing the best they can but they need more employees. This is the second time I went there that the food was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I’ve been coming to this location for years but the last two times were way too spicy. I won’t be back. People can always add extra spice but if it starts that way you can’t even eat it!

Terrible place, the steak tasted awful.

The guy serving the food is rude.

At 12:02 Sunday 10th August the lady in the back who was preparing the food was eating something probably a bubble gum and with her own hands simultaneously handing the entire restaurant food 😳

No idea who's is the manager here probably a careless individual for sure.

On top of all that the rude man serving 😤 food was not in the proper dress code of the company* black pants.

Worst place ever avoid it, better check Just Salad better food it is located two doors down of the same mini plaza.

First time at this location. Bad, inattentive service. Indifferent employee attitudes.
I went inside and ordered the same as I have always ordered for years, a bowl with chicken and no rice. Then I go down the line with the employee, selecting which items to add to the bowl. At that time the employee told me if you ask for extra on any of the included items there will be a charge for each one, including items like lettuce. This has never happened to me at other Chipotles. I refused to pay multiple extra charges to get a larger portion of things like lettuce, or onions. When I got home the bowl was not like you normally get at other Chipotle's, where the ingredients are piled high. The entire dish was even with the edge of the bowl, nothing higher. When I started eating it, I discovered there was no chicken. When I checked the receipt, the employee had put this down as a veggie bowl.

I tried calling the individual restaurant, but they don't accept calls. You would have to leave a message and get a return call within 24 hours.

I went into the chain's national online chat to complain. I got all the usual apologies and a promise they would bring this to the attention of the restaurant. They were ready to conclude my complaint and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I said yes, refund my money or give me a credit on the rewards app to get what I paid for. It did not seem right that I had to ask for it and them not offer it.

This now required more work on my part. The chat agent had to send me an email. I needed to then take a picture of the receipt and send it back with a return email in order to get the credit.

This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been in! I would never return to this location. I suggest others avoid this location as well.

Do not go to this location, the last three times I went they messed up my order and I went today and placed the order through the app and when I got there they said the online ordering was down so I had to wait 35 minutes and they STILL messed up my order again. Absolutely awful I will never go to this location again.

The food here has always been decent, and most of the time the line moves fairly quick. The food is tasty and they are well stocked. The place is always kinda clean and the staff is willing to accommodate your order however you need it.

We recently visited Chipotle and were honestly surprised by what we saw. Two teenagers — who looked like they were in high school — came in with a very large, unleashed dog. The dog was wearing a harness with a “service dog” label, but it was clearly the kind anyone can easily buy online.

While the dog was calm and didn’t bother anyone during our visit, there was no leash, and it was obvious that the teens wouldn’t have been able to control it if anything unexpected had happened.

We’re wondering why Chipotle allows this. Service dogs are important and protected under the law, but they’re also supposed to be leashed or under full control — which this situation clearly was not. It felt unsafe and inappropriate, especially in a food establishment.

The manager was very rude I waited 30 minutes line for the food she mistakenly put more chicken in my bowl I told her i asked for chipotle honey chicken and she misheard for triple chicken she threw my bowl away even though I insisted that I would still pay she said she would make another bowl and did not so I left after waiting all that time still starving very unprofessional and not the first time I had such and annoying experience at that establishment with that specific manager
