I’ve been going here for a while now and whenever I come in, I always get greeted so well. They serve me efficiently and it’s easy to pay with Apple Pay :). They also helped me set up rewards and get BOGOs

Went here last Saturday around 3pm and was served by a really nice guy named Jaden. He got my order perfectly and was kind enough to show me how to use my rewards as well. Definitely coming back here :)

I visited this location on August 17, 2024 at about 6:40 pm. I ordered a strawberry ice cream in a cone with strawberries as a topping and the non dairy chocolate with the founders favorite as a topping mix. So, after walking in the store smelled like it was mopped with old mop water. I should have know then that I should have turned around but I was with my kid and they were super pumped about getting ice cream . The Caucasian older teenage or young 20 year oldish girl served us and she had the snarkiest attitude. She rolled her eyes when we walked in and when my kid addressed her she rolled them again but took my kids order. She never made eye contact with my kid. She seemed just very annoyed with having to serve us. Our ice cream was served to us dang near melted and soupy. I did not tip (and I am one of the few that do in this type of setting) and now I'm writing this review so ppl will know that this location is semi dirty and when you go, you may get attitude from the employees. I think for a little over $17, I should get frozen ice cream and good service. I could have gotten a tub at publix and enjoyed it

The more the merrier! I can't help going there! Not only is the service good, but the ice cream is dee-lay-ciousss! My server was Anissa and let me tell you, she knows what you want. Quick, efficient and generous! Makes you want to go there every time!

It was my birthday and my little cousin asked my aunt to take me to this place and give me a little surprise because my day was not going as planned. I was greeted by a person by the name is Sumesha, and then to tap it off I’m also Jamaican as I found out she was. I felt right at home, she made that hard day I had disappear ☺️. The restaurant on a whole was a very family friendly place too. The other staff seem very nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend especially to all my friends and family back home ?. Than you for my birthday treat Sumesha. Money well spent.

Went here for the first time with my boys, the manager, Sumesha greeted us with the warmest smile I've ever seen. She was so welcoming. She was patient with us as we tried to figure out which flavors the boys preferred. She was very cordial and exhibited excellent customer service even when my toddlers couldn't make up their minds. She didn't get frustrated with them.
She served us with a kind smile and was very accommodating. Thank you Sumesha! With your help, the boys had the best time enjoying their ice cream. Thank you!!
