This establishment was really well ran and it all started from the amazing customer service I got from the girl at the counter. I am going to be recommending this place to everyone I know!!
This was my first time at Cookiehead. The cookies and milkshakes were great but it was overall a very unpleasant experience because of the young girl working behind the counter. She was not very welcoming when we walked in, the store was empty so it wasn’t like she was swamped. We ordered our cookies and watched her toss them
In boxes. We then decided to order again, this time milkshakes. We ordered 3, but she only made two. When I told her we needed another cookie dough milkshake, it seemed like this annoyed her greatly. She started making the milkshake, slamming the blender on the counter, slamming the fridges and whatever dishes were in the sink. It was quite uncomfortable watching her do this. Find another job maybe?
It was okay, the cookies weren't that fresh We went there on new year's eve almost everything was out of stock
The cookies and milkshakes are AMAZING! We got 4 different cookie flavors and 2 different milkshakes and everything was delicious. The staff was also very, very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
Great customer service and cookies
I do not like giving bad reviews, but if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been a long time customer, but unfortunately I will probably never return. On October I went and purchased 2 drinks, a plain lemonade and then the strawberry dream(which has lemonade in it). The person working charged my card, and then proceeded to say they had no lemonade. She proceeded to say there was no manager in the store, so she called one and told them what happened. They kept my receipt and proceeded to tell us as soon as the manager came in it would be credited back to my card, because she could not do it. Since I’ve been an on going customer gave them the benefit of the doubt. She said it would be back on my card within 24 hours. I gave them a couple days and when they didn’t fix it, I disputed the transaction with my bank. I got the money back, however I got a letter from my bank stating they were taking the money back out of my account( which they did the other day). So frustrating how you can take someone’s money like that and not give them it back or offer to fix it another way. Also their cookies have gone way down hill within the last couple months. I have tried talking to them, emailing them and it’s always the same story(the manager is not in) and no one calls back or emails back. Absolutely horrible. If you enjoy cookie head, just make sure if your paying with card that you ask them to check if they have the product first before paying, or you maybe in the same position as me.

Excellent service, clean and pleasant place, worth trying the cookies and milkshakes
It's incredibly sad to see the drastic menu change, and the loss of both the original brownie and Crookie I had grown fond of.
I can't say im excited to see the new route the shop has decided to take as well as the price increase.
Amazing customer service the cookies are lowkey better than crumbl cookie☺️.
WARNING: if you loved Cookiehead, its gone. They are now owned by Blueprint cookies, and all your favorite Cookiehead recipes and style of cookies are gone. I went yesterday and found out the news. The people working there were very nice and gracious, but the cookies aren't the same. They changed the chocolate chip cookie, even though they're still calling it the 1901? Not cool. Took away the funfetti cookie as well. I am only rating low because its dishonest to call it Cookiehead when it's really Blueprint cookies. The people were very kind though. I feel bad they have to deal with disappointed patrons such as myself.
Sadly not quite the same experience last night after finding out they are merging into blueprint cookies (according to their staff after I saw they have the same exact menu as blueprint this month). I always found the original Cookiehead cookies to be better than blueprint. They also barely had any left to choose from when I went in an hour before closing time.
