This Is the saddest ice cream shop. I brought my kids because I thought it would be nice.... employees rude and slow. The place smells like a urinal. Terrible place

Horrible service none of there machines were working we could only get ice cream cones and that is it they did not have anything else no blizzards no food just ice cream cones when we pulled up the guy was rubbing his nose and the business looks very nasty and not cleaned up at all. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This Dairy Queen is in dire need of a makeover, folks! The cake freezer's been on a permanent vacation for months, and the associates here act like they're on a mission to see who can care less . This is clearly management's fault or the owner or both? And let's talk about the decor, shall we? It's like a time machine straight to the 90s! Not exactly the kind of place you'd want to bring your kids for a 'cheat day' or an 'extra hour of CrossFit' punishment. ‍Oh, and guess what? They've got a solo act running the show here. Safety concern much? It's like trying to juggle flaming marshmallows with no hands! Now, let's talk about DQ's irresistible .85¢ Blizzard Special. Sounds amazing, right? Well, hold onto your blizzards, because at this location, it's a game of 'hunt the code'! ‍ They told us we needed to download an app and grab a code, but surprise, surprise, they turned off online ordering, so good luck with that. And as for their closing hours, consider them more of a 'suggestion' than a rule. They seem to operate on a 'randomly shut down' policy. You know what? There are plenty of other places in town serving up the same treats without the riddles and disappearing acts.

The company can not expect one employee to run the entire business. The employee was nice but Dairy Queen....hire more! Food (ice cream) is always good. Ambiance fine.

Was just at this location over the weekend, the smell inside was beyond disgusting, smelled like someone used the bathroom and the toilet was backed up. How are the employees even dealing with that smell during their shifts!?!? We couldn’t bare it for very long. One of the girls behind the counter was totally on the hall while the other seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. I watched her try and give someone their shake and they clearly ordered strawberry and she made chocolate, she seemed to not be paying much attention to what the customers were asking for and seemed annoyed when she was corrected. Regardless, everyone that walked in commented on the terrible smell inside. Not good for customers and even worse for the employees to deal with especially if that odor is due to mold. Get someone in there to fix the issue….we won’t be going back to that location. We’ve been to other locations that did not smell.

Came at 9:48p for my husband's birthday. The door was locked and the lady behind the counter just shook her head at us. Very disappointing. It's not the first time this location closed early. Ruined the celebration for the family.

Very addictive blizzards! I’ve had the turtle, s’mores and a caramel concoction. Turtle wins big time. Chocolate, caramel, nuts bathed in slightly textured firm-ish ice cream… get larger than u think it’s just so good. Btw the Wilton Manor Dairy Queen charges $2.00 more for the large blizzard. Boca Dairy Queen is so much better. WM blizzards are much more liquid. Boca DQ surely a Destination!
