had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude — she walked away from the counter in the middle of helping me and had an attitude when she came back. What made it worse was seeing them cover their noses while I was standing there, as if I made them uncomfortable just for being there. That was completely uncalled for and disrespectful.
Despite their behavior, I kept my composure and showed nothing but respect. It’s sad that customers can be treated this way and brushed off like it doesn’t matter — even if it’s “just one person.” Every customer should be treated with basic decency. I hope management reviews the cameras and takes this seriously, because no one deserves to be treated like that.

For the second time, they have messed up my order. Ham Croquttes was served cheese.. chicken empanada. Bo I got cheese.. The receipt even reads Chicken empanada.
Ps this place does not open till 9 as it is in the mall.
