No nonsense authentic Taiwanese cuisine featuring beef noodles & pot stickers.
Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup
The beef was tender, slow cooked so a fork can pull it apart. Generous portion of beef. Medium thickness noodles and a soup which didn't leave us with MSG effects afterwards, so a sign of good quality soup. All 4 of us each had a bowl of the beef tendon noodles. All liked it
