Yesterday, I went to this location and had an amazing experience. Customer service was A1 and my first time trying the butter cookie drink, made perfectly. Today? A complete MESS. The staff was all over the place, out of drinks and ingredients, visibly LOST, and my drink that I paid $5 plus tax for? NOT GOOD. There were patrons smoking right next to the entrance so you’re walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get in, no one regulates the line so it just looks like a crowd of people instead of a queue and it was an overall bad experience. The day after Thanksgiving staff weren’t good and everyone needs to be retrained.

This Dunkin Donuts has to be the BEST one around. It is unlike any other Dunkin I have been to anywhere else. They are so efficient here, organized, clean, and FAST! Every time I come here it is a good experience. The team works amazingly well together and they work as a whole. They definitely know what they’re doing here at this location. I’ve been to other locations where everything takes extremely long, they’re not friendly and also not as professional or efficient as this one is. So they definitely deserve recognition for that. I would go out of my way just to come to this location over any other location due to the amazing service and professionalism they have here. Thank you for giving us a good experience every time, and always leaving the customers happy. They all deserve praise for sure ! And more good reviews !
