I don’t usually order from coffee places but I’ve ordered twice from here first and my coffee was good, everything was added but they didn’t have the pastry I wanted and replaced it both times which is fine, I ordered today (All DoorDash orders) and I got the pastry I wanted but my coffee is super bitter like no sweetener was added and none of the dairy either, I just wanted to have a good morning ?

The Best DD Shop IN TOWN!! The staff is friendly (especially Karishma) and always greet the customers when they walk through the door. I usually place my orders ahead and they do an excellent job of making sure all the orders are neatly stacked and organized. I'm impressed how quickly they can push out orders, even on those busy mornings. I love to order the espresso shot with my classic donut. They make the best expresso of all the Dunkins I have visited in Coral Springs.

2 nasty female employees told us our kids (4 years old and 9 months old) were too loud and told us to sit outside. The restaurant was packed, machines were beeping and people were yelling (employees and customers). It was hectic and loud in general, but the kids were the problem?! We were asked to go outside with 90 degree plus weather and cigarette smoke because the employees were intolerant of children. That is absurd. How disappointing.
Dunkin doesn't employ people who have any sense of desire to appeal to customer needs. I have tried many locations, this one is no different.
