Had my mom go to drive thru and asked for large sweet tea NO ICE AND I GET THIS! IT'S NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP! WHY PAY FOR SOMETHING WHEN THEY DON'T FILL IT ALL THE WAY UP??!
Good food if your on the go grab a quick sack for you and your family the service is good people are friendly and nice ask and you’ll receive service and food is fresh and well taken care of thanks to the staff

This is my neighborhood Dunkin at first I was not too happy with the service, but since Natasha came, she is an angel. She’s the sweetest employee there and when she told me she was leaving I really was sad. They don’t make hard workers and ppl that love making others smile like her anymore.❤️

Went two weekends in a row and both times they messed up the order. First time, they gave me plain bagels and I asked for ET. The next visit, I ordered bacon egg and cheese, but we ended up with sausage instead of bacon. Kids weren’t happy. Get it together!!!
Good iced coffee and a good place to get a quick bite to eat.

Went in to get 3 dunkin refreshers and 4 donuts but when I went up to the cashier he was extremely rude and had a major attitude for no reason. I politely placed my order, I asked him for 2 dunkin refreshers but then my sister told me that she wanted one too, so I asked him if he could add one more. He made an annoyed face at us and added it, then I asked for 3 donuts, but then my sister wanted one more, and when I asked him if he could add one more he made a gesture with his hand and acted even more irritated. Not a single smile on his face. After the order, he printed the receipt but didn't even take it out for us. So we didn't even notice he printed it. Then when we asked if that was our receipt he just nodded again with an attitude and then gestured with his head for us to come out the line so he can handle the guy behind us in line. And when we got the drinks I told him thank you and he didn't say anything. Not surprised though. I dont know what his name was but he wasn't a young boy. He looked like middle aged man. Also im pretty sure u can customize specific things you want in your dunkin refresher and he didn't even give us the option. Cashier definitely has to learn manners and how to deal with customers. I went in June 6th 2025 at around 3pm. Definitely making this review at the right location at westview.

Did not come to the front desk for 20 minutes not one person in there or in the drive thru. Rude people don't get money.

All I know is they never have the donut I want even when it's the featured donut it seems like I always miss it somehow or they're always running out and it really doesn't matter if it's this location or another one. Then there's the apple fritter debacle how they never have apple fritters at some locations anymore. I've lucked out and this place has had apple fritters one of the five times.

Ordered an iced Caramel decaf macchiato which I order literally almost every day. I get the coffee and it’s super pale and taste like milk and sweet syrup from the caramel, no coffee taste whatsoever. I go back and tell this boy that it doesn’t taste right and if they can remake it and he’s rude and rolls his eyes like it’s a big deal. Like your not the one remaking it, your just taking orders so what’s your problem? I get to the window and little girl says what’s wrong with it and so I tell her for her to say with attitude “it’s cause you got decaf”. I said no, I get this all the time I know what it taste like, thank you. Like where is the customer service at? And maybe I wouldn’t have to come back if you make it right the first time little jits ;) also decaf means there is less caffeine, shouldn’t affect much of the coffee taste fyi. Take your attitude else where. Won’t be coming back on the weekend with little kids working.
