Worst place you can ever stop for you breakfast. Unfortunately this people don’t know how to provide a good customer service. Attendant doesn’t pay attention on order and have no manners to talk to customers! Just stay away from it. It’s a better places with better employees to help start your day and spend your money!

Every time I am here the employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. The service is fantastic, and their food is always fresh and my kids love it. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that the payment platform doesn't give an option to tip on your credit card. The only way to tip the employees is with cash unfortunately, and many people don't carry that nowadays. They deserve the tips for good service, and it should be offered in a convenient way for the customers as well. Thank you!

yall need to learn how to do ur job. order there everyday before work because i work in the building next door. everything else comes out, but if u order donuts on the app they never have it ready and give u an attitude when u ask where the rest of ur order is. the donuts are right there, its not that hard to just grab 10 munchkins bro 😭 especially when i order at least 10 minutes before i get there. as someone who’s worked at a coffee shop i get it if it’s busy. but yall dont even try

Waited over twenty minutes for a mobile order of just 12 assorted donuts on two separate occasions. Staff is disorganized and messy. If I have to go to the counter to ask for my mobile order after waiting 20 minute, what was the point of placing a mobile order?
today I went to dunkin, My Matcha was extremely watery and not the right color. i asked syrup but they never added it yet they charged me for it, and they even charged me for water!!! which they never do since i always spend 12-20 dollars and leave a tip.

Ordered online because I was in a hurry the order arrived not ready the girl talking on the phone the boys doing other things, after waiting 10 minutes the girl goes to the checkout to grab the phone and continues talking and looking then I tell her look there is my glass empty and apologizes and gives me pure Hot milk when I order a cappuccino then the boy to fix it I just add espresso that is it is not a cappuccino to arrive dirty and alone to wait so long for nothing
