Ordered online because I was in a hurry the order arrived not ready the girl talking on the phone the boys doing other things, after waiting 10 minutes the girl goes to the checkout to grab the phone and continues talking and looking then I tell her look there is my glass empty and apologizes and gives me pure Hot milk when I order a cappuccino then the boy to fix it I just add espresso that is it is not a cappuccino to arrive dirty and alone to wait so long for nothing

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a latte with an extra shot of espresso and it tasted like warm milk. I called them to ask about my order and they said they get too many orders and don't remember. Not difficult to make a latte I used to work at Dunkin when I was in high school. Just print out the order and make it correctly don't ruin people's order not rocket science.

Go to Starbucks because this place is Absolutely awful!!! I had a very simple order that I made through the app. A large iced coffee and 10 count munchkins. Yet somehow they messed up after checking multiple times. And trying to fix the issue was even worse. Why do I have to call and go through bank like security because you messed up. Terrible place and app. I’m going to Starbucks from now on.

I worked at dunkin for couple of weeks. the environment wasn’t the best for me at all people start lots of drama back and forth. the manger cut my hours and didn’t let me work, and also the communication with the manger was horrible she never responded to one of my messages at all every time I contacted for a problem. another thing everything in their is disgusting and mold and it’s need new upgrade and smells so bad. the coworkers some of them are nice some of them were rude. and I have plenty of friends that have worked here and have left for the same problem and other situations. overall if you trying to work here please “DONT” mind as well get yourself coffee and donut but das all!!

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in the US. The place is SO dirty disgusting they never clean the floors or tables I would be terrified to look in the bathrooms. They NEVER EVER have the donuts ready when you order via the app. I don’t get it the people there haven’t been trained, have no idea how to fill the simplest of orders and then wonder why people are upset the order is not ready. When you tell them the donuts of the pickup order are missing they tell you to wait in line to re-order them?! Make it make sense and AVOID this location at all costs.
