I ordered a coffee, donut, and bagel online – super simple – and got there on time. The screen said it was ready, but nope. They didn't even start making it until I asked! Then I waited...and waited. The place was empty! They acted like they were doing me a HUGE favor. I'm never going back. Save yourself the trouble – go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

They close their store 30 minutes early pretty often. . .

I wish I could give 0 stars, I hardly write reviews, let alone bad ones, but this location’s skill and service was very poor. The Latte I ordered tastes like chocolate milk and the iced coffee tastes like battery acid. Just follow the step by step “how to make” on the wall😂
The facility wreaked of burnt coffee. Got a dozen donuts there and 10 of them are stale.
It is unfortunate that my experience at this establishment was not a positive one, but after reading previous reviews, I am not surprised. It seems as though the company hires young individuals with little to no training or social skills to serve customers. Even when these concerns are brought to headquarters, they do very little to remedy the situation since these stores are franchises. Even ordering through the drive-thru did not save me from receiving an attitude and a middle finger as a "thank you." It is disappointing that the staff's behavior can give a bad reputation to an otherwise well-known company, which is likely one of the reasons why Starbucks is still ranking high in sales.

First. Don't go in afternoon. Donuts are not fresh. They only make in morning and let sit all day. Also common sense tells you when you buy 4 Donuts to put into a small box not jamming them in a small bag getting destroyed.

I go to this Dunkin every morning the lady never gives you a chance to complete your order before she interrupts you this morning I was just checking my account and I see they charged me twice the manager is always screaming at the in employees and the belittling them in front of customers when in fact she her self is the one that makes the mistakes they need a new manager and I’m not your honey or your baby very on professional
Better call to make sure they are open says 7pm but no one in the store 6:45

This is the second time I pulled up at 6:50 after work and when I did they turned the light off. Your hours say that you close at 7 on weekdays. Not 6:45 or 6:50. I realize people want to go home. So do I when I’m at work but unfortunately you have a job. I’m posting this now and it is still before 7pm. Not cool. There have been other issues like wrong orders frequently. I didn’t post anything before because I have gone to this location for a while, but I’m starting to get annoyed.
Unfortunately, I have to leave this review. I called immediately after sipping my hot coffee. I waited 10:28 minutes on my cell phone before deciding to leave this review. . I ordered two turkey, sausage, egg and cheese with no bread in a box and a large coffee with cream, NO sugar. The cashier handed me 2 donuts. I handed it back to her saying I received the wrong order. (Thank God I checked the bag). The floor manager (?) went out of her way to correct the order BUT I received the wrong coffee order. I ask for a large black coffee with cream, NO sugar. My coffee had sugar in it. I'M DIABETIC. (i.e. I ask for NO bread and NO sugar.) I called the store to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was too busy and asked my name to receive a call back. I explained I am running late for wok, I cannot receive a call back, and would like the coffee credited back to my card. 10+ minutes waiting online is unacceptable. I already drove to Boca this morning to drop my son off at work at 5:45AM and I am rushing to get to get ready for work myself in Coconut Creek. I wasn't upset about the initial mix-up but no I am because I was left on the phone for 10+ minutes. I don't recall receiving a simple apology from the person that answered the phone either. It is customary to check the receiver once in a while to keep your customers from getting upset. Train your staff better. The early morning woman is outstanding! The girl in the Drive Thru. Meh.

I like this store because it is always clean and the service is fast. At least once a week I go to Dunkin' for coffee or breakfast.

Staff not knowledgeable on product - cashier has diffuctly using cash register - bad attitude manager barking out orders to listless employees - way below a normal dunkin

The drive thru was unusually slow. After 15 min I got out of the line and walked inside. They now have a kiosk. The person in front of me could not get his order placed. a lady walked up and asked if we had been helped yet and we both said no. She came back to After Out help the person in front of me and nobody ever came back for me, after waiting several more minutes I walked out
