The customer service at this store is terrible and staff are rude, disrespectful and dishonest. I ordered a set of glazed munchkins for my daughter for pickup. When we got to the store the person at the delivery window told me that they do not have the glazed munchkins and tried to give me something else that I refused and requested that they cancel my order. She told me the order can be cancelled in the app. When I tried to cancel in the app I noticed that the order showed that is was completed and I was charged for it even though I did not receive my items. I went back into the drive through and the same lady told me that they cannot cancel the order or refund me. This is total dishonesty as it seems like they wanted to collect the order and provide it to one of their friends or something of that sort. This is totally unacceptable and is not the only incident of this sort that I have experienced at this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for years due to the close proximity to my house. But Amy, the manager has made a very big difference recently. She’s honestly great and always has a positive attitude and it shows! I think she should be the training and development for the district. Many of the other locations need a lot of improvement with the customer service, accuracy of the orders and less attitude. Amy is a gem!

Ordered the guava refresher with green tea again at the drive thru. He accidentally made it with lemonade so I had to return it, he said to pull around to the front and he’ll bring out the correct one. He quickly handed it to me and went back inside. This refresher had lemonade in it AGAIN. At this point I just had to dump it out because he seemed busy and I didn’t want to bother him again. It’s so sour I literally cannot drink it without gagging

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to They don’t know how to make coffee at all They seem to also water down their coffees not really sure what it is and the customer service is terrible all around. They should just close the store.

Every time I order the guava refresher with green tea at this location it tastes very funny. I definitely taste the green tea but it's like they're adding sweetener to the guava part or mixing it with something. Doesn't taste like guava at all. I order the same drink at several different locations and they all taste correct and like guava. Once at this location, I ordered my drink it had a brown murky hue to it and it tasted weird. This time, it's just darker in color and tastes weird. It's spooking me a bit. I live literally a minute away from here and I will unfortunately have to drive the extra distance to the next location to have my drink taste right and put my mind at ease
