Everytime I come here I've used the drive thru, until today. I completed a mobile order and gave them about 5 minutes to prepare before I entered. The place is a little messy considering there were three staff members present and chatting. I noticed my mobile order wasn't ready so I planted myself comfortably at the mobile order pick up, when someone quizzically asked if I had a mobile order. Thankfully another staff member said yes and they moved my order to the pick up stand from behind the counter where it had been sitting ready. No big deal - I wasn't in a rush - but I thought the point of mobile ordering was to streamline and speed up the process. Sandwich was OK, typical Dunkin food, and my coffee was good.

Went today for some coffee and a snack. Ordered their bacon and asked if they could warm it up - instead of saying okay yes we can I got attitude and said that’s not how we serve it, it even says it on the menu and then goes to say I can do it for you if you want. But at that point forget it I asked to warm up my bacon not for the attitude - if you don’t like your job go get a new one. She’s the old lady there.

I ordered a medium size hot coffee; but the coffee was cold and very old like gas station coffee.I told the cashier but she just ignored it.I would never go back again this place.This is not the first time I have this experience.Don’t recommend this place at all

If I could give this a zero Stars I would, The manager was giving food with her cell phone in her hand. Employees preparing food with long hair no hair net no ponytail fake lashes that looked like they're going to fall off the floor was filthy. Coffee was bitter food was unedable. Never going back again.,

I should of know better, I ordered for my office and they made me pull up and wait.... and wait... and wait... I never received the two sandwiches or an order of donut hole... Then tried to call and the number was disconnected. All that money on a super bowl ad and its still broken... Put the money in training DD.
