Einstein Bros. Bagels

The Haitian manager is rude. Nasty attitude. I gave this bagel spot a second chance and again it failed. Nasty bagels. Nasty food. Not fresh.

I love coming here everyone Is super sweet kind the food is delicious Keke is so sweet I wanted dark roast coffee they was out of it and she did a fresh pot of coffee I definitely recommend this bagel spot 🫂🫶🫶🫶❤️❤️☺️☺️

This is my new favorite place! Great way to start my morning with a warm welcoming. Customer service is on point. Nik always remembers his customers. Food is always hot and fresh ready within minutes

Don't recommend ordering anything from this location. Their sandwiches are somewhat questionable regarding the contents, sometimes not sure if they are still using real eggs, seasoning and maybe cross contaminated with other stuff you never ordered.🤢 There's no empathy from staff even when they drop the ball they cast the blame on the 3rd party delivery companies and not cancel the order but have you wait for hours starving.

The service was top-notch, Emile & Keke were sweet. My sandwich was made with love, had bacon, eggs, and cheese on an everything bagel. It was great! Highly recommended 👌🏾

They are just absolutely the best. Emile and Kiki customers service were excellent for their professionalism made the bagel the tastiest and very easy to digest. They are of course the assets to this Einstein Bros Bagels Sore 3669 on University Dr where I had my greatest breakfast experience with my beautiful and lovely daughter ❤

The bagels are great. But....one day I was there and a CHILD was running the register! She tried to charge me 36$ for an 18$ order, not malicious just a freaking child at the register. There are no napkins. Ever . Anywhere . They are by request. Beyond cheap.

Visited Nik, Emil, Nadia and Faith and Keke, this morning as usual with great managers! very caring and efficient, they are understaffed, so be patient it's not Mc Donald's just like Starbucks there maybe a wait, be considerate! The dining area and restrooms and very clean and well maintained .

fresh food and great service

I place my bagel sandwich order at 9:49. I arrived at 10:10. At 10:20 I asked about my order and was told it was being worked on. I asked twice more about my order and then FINALLY received it at 10:56. The women putting together the order said “you’re welcome” as she handed the order to me…..after waiting for 1 hours and 7 minutes

My wife and I went to this Einstein bagel and we enjoyed it. Ordering was quick and easy, our food was done super fast I was really impressed. I ordered the texas brisket and it was smoking hot just the way I like it. Excellent service and the staff was super friendly.

I came in today march 22nd and all the workers greeted you, helped you, told you to please be patient they will be with you in a moment, then they even helped me pick a drink to go with my meal. It was very clean and relaxed even though they were busy and everyone working was sweet and patient. I work in customer service and these people on this crew were excellent. My favorite was all the tables were clean and the coffee station was too ! They even come out and give you your food because they remember who you are ! I deff would come back , didn't just feel like any old chain bagel place

It's been 5 years since my last review and I'm pleasantly pleased to update that my bagel and shmear were perfect. The young lady who took my order was sweet and it was so early in the morning, I very much appreciate her kindness ❤️
