Thanks to Emile, my opinion completely changed about this location. I had ordered a couple of times via Ubereats and never received my sides. By the 3rd time, I called the store and spoke to a nice man, Emile, who apologized and said that they are training people and that he would like to make it up to me. Emile didn't argue, or try to place the blame on anyone, he simply wanted to make it right. He offered to remake my food and bring it to my office for me on a day of my choosing. I was in complete disbelief. I didn't realize that there were people that still cared about others in this world, but he is most certainly one of them and for that I am so grateful.Thank you so much Emile, I really appreciate your kindness.

The service was good but the food is not worth the money. The sandwiches look nothing like the menu picture (much less loaded) and their food has so much salt and black pepper in it you can't really taste much else. Disappointed because I used to love the Hollywood location but this location puts so much salt and so little protein.

Disappointing Experience at Einstein Bros. BagelsI recently had a disappointing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that my sandwich was missing cheese. When I brought this to the attention of the management, instead of addressing the issue promptly, they began arguing about the sandwich itself before even inspecting it.After finally acknowledging the missing cheese, the manager continued to argue back and forth about the quality of the sandwich. Despite explaining that the cheese that was present was cold, the disagreement persisted, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.In the end, I decided to request a refund and went to Panera Bread instead. The contrast in customer service and willingness to resolve issues was stark, further highlighting the shortcomings of my experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels.Overall, the lack of accountability and the confrontational attitude displayed by the management made this visit one to forget. It's disappointing to see such a lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and I hope that improvements can be made to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I hadn't gone to Einstein's bagel in probably 6 months because the prior manager Jerry was so loud and nasty and treated customers as well as his employees terribly 6:00 this morning I went in there I saw this nice man sort of hopping around very busy and no one was even in the store the store was very clean I noticed right away clean windows clean floor he stocks everything. He even has plastic covered utensils instead of the utensils that would be just sitting there getting germs on them. What a difference so if you stop going to Einsteins like I did go back because now it's cleaned up and I believe the manager's name is Eline. Very nice man.You could tell he really cares about the place and the people.

Einstein Bagels is my go to breakfast place when I'm on the go. I can't go wrong with the turkey 2 eggs and cheese on the honey whole wheat bagel and the toasted fench toast bagel with honey almond shmear. My favorites! One request.. please bring back the chocolate Chip coffee cake ??

Took 20min for one toasted bagel with cream cheese also ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie took longer than the bagel. Then had to throw it out because it tasted like cough syrup or bad banana and couldn’t wait around to get a refund because everything took so long in the first place.
