El Cubano Sandwich Shop

Arrived at 7:26am was turned away as they open 7:30am. Hummm😒. Okaaaay.
Young man had difficulty with the credit card machine then he couldn't provide a receipt. Asked for coffee without sugar.... yep they added sugar! Had to redo order. Sigh!

They need a much better process in the morning!!!!

My husband and I came here after getting an ad on Instagram that advertised “breakfast all day.” Their menu online says 7a-7pm, but when we arrived we saw on the door and Google that they close as 3pm. We arrived at 2pm.

We went to order and they had no coffee/espresso (machine was down), and no pastelitos or empanadas. Not having one was already disappointing but not having both was extremely disappointing since that’s kind of what you come to a Cuban cafe for. I ordered orange juice instead, and received a bottled container of a blend of orange juice, apple juice, and grape juice. That is not orange juice 🫠

The meals we ordered were good (although given ham when bacon was ordered), Cuban bread was good, and the two employees were working hard up until close. However overall, it was a disappointing and misleading experience.

I take the crew here for coffee and breakfast almost daily. Sure, I may have a problem, but the Colada keeps me going!! Literally everyday, Emi and Andrea greet us, chat with us and keep us coming back for more. Love this place

Got Cuban Phillys yhey fely thier was way more bread and less meat and just mostly eating more bread believe if they would add it in one sandwich and not have two bread buns ,they are ok just need to refix them and hashbrownd are probably made out of packets thought they are home made style but overall it's ok but it's a bit dirty in this joint need to clean up a bit but that's all doable with more work.

I never post reviews but today I thought it was necessary. Cuban, your service and food is always good. The girl who works at the cashier always greets you with a smile but it was evident that the girl was feeling bad today, she couldn't stop knocking and her face was all red. The owners were sitting having breakfast and were not paying attention to what was happening. They have to take care of their clients and not expose them to diseases. They also have to take care of their workers. That girl needs to go home.

The food is good and the people here are nice.
