Came here to have lunch with my sister, we were greeted by a server carrying dirty dishes who seemed in the weeds, didn’t came back till about ten minutes later to take a drink order. We were noticed by other employee that we had nothing, about twenty minutes ago by and no drinks no server to be found. So finally we decide to go somewhere else, the same employee who first noticed us apologized. As my sister and I are both in service industry we were pretty disappointed as we could’ve been served by someone else.

It’s not a bad spot to come for brunch very family oriented which is really nice. Unfortunately it took a while for the food to get out. When it did it was cold, the eggs were over cooked, and the iced coffee tasted like it had no coffee in it. The kitchen area just seems a bit chaotic, and people are just all over the place!

I loved the service and the food but the portions at this location are smaller than others ive been to which was kinda disappointing because I paid $10 to Uber her to get a smaller portion just to pay the same money for less food. That's the only issue I had but the service was good and the location sitting outside is very nice.

Sadly it’s gone downhill. Food had a bland, greasy taste and their toast was rubbery (not fresh). Service was slow to come to us. We waiting 15 minutes from the time we were seated to have a server come to us. We actually had to ask for someone.

We have been coming here since they opened but over the past couple of years they have taken a serious turn for the worst.

Hope they can improve soon. Even the amount of customers has decreased. They used to be packed on weekends.

Hi guys names is michelle ! I was at this location weekend the food (the pancake breakfast, and the doughnuts r to die for )and service was great and but i was devesated when i paid cash and i was waiting for a family member in front of the store while they were in the bathroom and saw a white bald guy with glasses. (I think his name is nicko or nicolas) pocket the tip and money i paid🤯 for the food 🤔 and its sad because i really like going here becausse the servers are really attentive and nice ! And i wanted to show them appreciation! But the management is really nasty and if i saw this!!! Imagine what is going on in the back ground!!!!!!!!!!! I swear 🤬 😫 i hate mangers and people like this they ruin the place!!!! They need to fire him ! PLEASE GIVE THE TIPS TO THE SERVERS IN THEIRS HAND DONT ALLPW MANAGEMENT TO GRAB IT !
