Rating is just for the fries.. fresh.. but sheesh. The most expensive hamburger fast food you can get. It's just cooked on a grill no different than any fast food joint (McDonald's etc) Take your money elsewhere for burgers that are cooked on flame and thicker etc. Really insane how they get away with the prices.. the most expensive hot dog I ever seen too lol.. seriously.. better off buying real food.. the price for everything here is laughable .. this isn't Disney world or the airport.. not even a major city like New York.. its coral freakn springs hahah

Restaurant sign and online information said the restaurant closed at 10pm I got in the store at 9:50. They let me stand in line for 5 minutes to tell me they weren’t making anymore food. Extremely unprofessional.

The worst hamburger that I tried! No tomato, no lettuce, french fries too salty, no sauce, but the customer service are very good. And it's too expensive, more than $10 just for the hamburger, no include the beverage and fries.

went to Five Guys and had a pretty unpleasant experience. I ordered two burgers and two large fries, but when I received my order, both portions of fries were thrown into the same bag. This had happened to me before, so this time, when I paid, I specifically asked the cashier to make sure the fries were packed separately. Yet, they still didn’t do it. When I asked them to fix it, they just moved some fries to another bag, but the containers ended up tipped over and messy. One bag was barely filled, and the other was overflowing, like it was meant for one person. It’s absolutely unacceptable because you pay for two separate orders, and the least you expect is for them to be prepared properly. This is the second time this has happened to me, which is why I’m leaving this review. The lack of care and refusal to fix it right is really disappointing.

Customer service was definitely served here at Five Guys. I ordered a door dash order and mistakenly put cheese on my burger which I’m allergic to. I called the store and William was able to answer , run outside and track down the delivery driver and swap the burger out for a new one (without cheese) to be made. I can’t thank him enough so I decided to leave a review. William you are proof that GOOD customer service still exists ! Thank you !!
