I walked into five guys with my wife for dinner. We ordered at least $30-$60 worth of burgers to take home. While we were waiting, I observed a female employee with longer than waste hair with no hair nut. She was a hair flopper she was standing in front of at least 15 patties. It was very busy. They had all the patties in the burgers, all laid out with with with the toppings on them, waiting for it waiting for the meat. The girl was doing the toppings. She did an abrupt turn her entire hair rubbed against every burger on the counter. That’s disgusting and sickening. I’m calling code. Do not eat at this location.

Ordered a pickup. 20+ minutes pass. Come to the store to get my order, but they haven't even started Preparing my order. I had to wait like another 15+ minutes for my food. In total it 46 minutes just for two burgers and a small fry. What's the point of having so much employees if half of them are just going to stand around and do nothing. This is why I hate places run by a bunch a kids that don't know how to do their job. Honestly, I think they forgot I was there at one point because they were giving orders to people who came 10 MINUTES AFTER ME.

Ordered for pickup - a Little Cheeseburger (Mayo, Ketchup, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes) and a Little Bacon Cheeseburger (Mayo, Ketchup, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes) and a large order of fries.
When I arrived, I was the only customer left in the place when an associate asked for the name on my order. After about five minutes she handed me my bag and I left.
After getting home, I found the two burgers buried underneath the extra fries they always add to your bag, which is usually a really nice perk. However, all of the fries were undercooked and greasy.
The regular cheeseburger was okay, but the bacon cheeseburger was a complete screw-up -- it had no bacon, and instead of ketchup and mayo it had onions and mustard! How do you mess up an order that bad? Makes you wonder how many orders are done wrong when there is more than one customer present.
In times like this when prices are high and dining out is more of a treat than a normalcy, you better make sure your employees are well trained, and capable of doing their job. We won't be going back to this Five Guys location and time soon.

Rating is just for the fries.. fresh.. but sheesh. The most expensive hamburger fast food you can get. It's just cooked on a grill no different than any fast food joint (McDonald's etc) Take your money elsewhere for burgers that are cooked on flame and thicker etc. Really insane how they get away with the prices.. the most expensive hot dog I ever seen too lol.. seriously.. better off buying real food.. the price for everything here is laughable .. this isn't Disney world or the airport.. not even a major city like New York.. its coral freakn springs hahah

Restaurant sign and online information said the restaurant closed at 10pm I got in the store at 9:50. They let me stand in line for 5 minutes to tell me they weren’t making anymore food. Extremely unprofessional.
