Everytime we come to the Coral Springs location, we have a great experience. The staff are so nice, always pleasant and make a great burger! We love the fries also! We will continue to come back!

This review has nothing to do with the food but them allowing a mother to place her sick coughing child on the pickup counter just inches away from food being handled and cooked. The manager is literally watching this child cough all over the glass while her employees are making/assembling burgers. There’s more than enough seats and tables for the child to sit in. But I think it’s a major health hazard and a disservice to the public to allow this.

I come to this location often, they always give extra fries in the brown bags. I ordered the Lrg Cajun Fries and it was slightly less of the portion that I've gotten when ordering the small size... I feel like it was done on purpose coz I asked for all the burger toppings on the side. Other than that food is always hot and fresh as usual.

Five Guys always gets it right. Quality burgers, love the Cajun fries, Reeces milks shake is on point. Friendly staff gets orders out quickly. Hit up 5 Guys in Coral Springs in The Walk.
I walked into five guys with my wife for dinner. We ordered at least $30-$60 worth of burgers to take home. While we were waiting, I observed a female employee with longer than waste hair with no hair nut. She was a hair flopper she was standing in front of at least 15 patties. It was very busy. They had all the patties in the burgers, all laid out with with with the toppings on them, waiting for it waiting for the meat. The girl was doing the toppings. She did an abrupt turn her entire hair rubbed against every burger on the counter. That’s disgusting and sickening. I’m calling code. Do not eat at this location.

Ordered a pickup. 20+ minutes pass. Come to the store to get my order, but they haven't even started Preparing my order. I had to wait like another 15+ minutes for my food. In total it 46 minutes just for two burgers and a small fry. What's the point of having so much employees if half of them are just going to stand around and do nothing. This is why I hate places run by a bunch a kids that don't know how to do their job. Honestly, I think they forgot I was there at one point because they were giving orders to people who came 10 MINUTES AFTER ME.
