Food is not bad. Not spectacular but it is good* you can tell the proteins are all pre-made off site and frozen but they are edible and taste good. Ramens are all good. They have sake and beer , the dining room has a living room setting towards the back with long table for larger parties and a couch, mini pool table, giant Jenna game, table tennis cool funky colors and lights everywhere you feel like in a popculture Japanese Korean Hotspot , several options on the menu, nice tea selection of Boba ect. Natrual juicess this is a great place over all, been several times its a hang out spot for my son growing up in the city and when he comes back always goes to fire and Ice ,very friendly Staff and owner, always feel very welcomed and un pretentious menu on display board digitally and in paper. Great place.

Bubble tea was good. Food is awful. We ordered several different entrees. It tasted rubbery and did not appear to be fully cooked. My daughter's dish appeared to be some sort of mystery meat. Not very friendly customer service either. Won't be returning.

A damn shame came back for the first time in years. I haven't been in years and the quality dropped off a cliff was disappointing and we all couldn't finish our ramen in it was bad. I really loved them I even went here after I got married with my wife it was our favorite RIP.

So disappointing, because you’d think that with a cool a$$ name like Fyr & Ice you’d at least be getting something out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, not even the Boba tasted right! We were looking for a new Ramen & Boba spot & found this suggestion on social media. The Milk Tea Boba tasted weird & bitter, the Ramen looked sketchy, but it was just basic & tasteless & the three other dishes were drenched in an exaggerated amounts of sauce. We tried to give it a chance but after two bites we had to go for pizza :(

The steak and chicken tacos are filling, nutritious and delicious. Also enjoyed the takoyaki. The lovely host Ali greeted me and my friend Goose the first time I came in today as well and me and my mom the second time I came in today warmly with a smile and was very courteous and hospitable. The host Matt was also fantastic, him being welcoming and courteous as well. They're both hard workers that make the restaurant very homely and chill.
