The high reviews on this place is actually shocking, as soon as you walk him I smells rancid. The egg in my ramen was cold and the meat was sketchy, the buns had a weird taste the only thing that seemed ok was my boba.

Best boba tea spot in CS! Chill area to hang out with friends and the teas are absolutely delicious. I’d go here every single day if I could highly recommend you try this place out

Food is not bad. Not spectacular but it is good* you can tell the proteins are all pre-made off site and frozen but they are edible and taste good. Ramens are all good. They have sake and beer , the dining room has a living room setting towards the back with long table for larger parties and a couch, mini pool table, giant Jenna game, table tennis cool funky colors and lights everywhere you feel like in a popculture Japanese Korean Hotspot , several options on the menu, nice tea selection of Boba ect. Natrual juicess this is a great place over all, been several times its a hang out spot for my son growing up in the city and when he comes back always goes to fire and Ice ,very friendly Staff and owner, always feel very welcomed and un pretentious menu on display board digitally and in paper. Great place.

Bubble tea was good. Food is awful. We ordered several different entrees. It tasted rubbery and did not appear to be fully cooked. My daughter's dish appeared to be some sort of mystery meat. Not very friendly customer service either. Won't be returning.

A damn shame came back for the first time in years. I haven't been in years and the quality dropped off a cliff was disappointing and we all couldn't finish our ramen in it was bad. I really loved them I even went here after I got married with my wife it was our favorite RIP.
