Visited this place for the first time... I love gyros and truly love the concept. It was the first time I been somewhere that had the option of created a gyro bowl. I was quite amused.... When I arrived it was only one person dinning in. I walked up to the counter and the lady was prompt with greeting me... I started to look at the menu above her and looking at the options. I ordered the bowl with gyro, then took literally 1 min to look at my options trying to decide on my toppings and she got snippy, rushing me by saying all the options quickly as if I couldn't clearly see it... As a new customer this would have been the perfect time to possibly recommend what most customers get, or most popular... it seemed she was just bothered to have to stop what she was doing. So sorry my visit required you to work. It definitely won't happen again. Jersey Mike's is next door... I'll stick to that. The bowl was average, way too salty for my taste but not as salty as the employee.

Wow, never been a big fan of gyros but this was amazing!!!
My husband and I visited for the first time today. The young lady at the counter was being trained so wasn't sure if this was her first day or second day on the job. The lady training her was spectacular with her New York accent and dazzling smile. She even inquired if we had allergies of any kind before we chose our lunch. I had the Mixed Grill Pita and my husband had the Traditional Pita, both to go. The food was just wonderful and a lot of it for the price. I do wish the prices were maybe $2 or $3 less, but everything was at a perfect temperature and tasted wonderful. Next time I go, I will try the Ziti sauce on the side, with my Lactaid pills of course, and see if adds something to the wonderful dish already.
Dietary restrictions: The people who work there even ask about allergies and that's a welcome thing to hear in this day and age.

Marie is so rude hanged up the phone on me. I was so respectful to her, and so nice always saying thank you I even thought she was professional. I trusted her that she was providing the correct order. When she handed me the order she never told me which order was what, like she didn’t care. She shouldn’t be running this place. I came home and I guessed so it resulted on me eating the wrong food, thanks to her negligence. Needless to say I’m very upset at the fact that she didn’t advise what was what when she handed the order to me. She was just worried to talk to the next guest rather than making sure I’m fully taken care of before walking out.

I was very disappointed, the staff were very professional and helpful.
I paid $12 + tip. I'm Thinking I was getting a full gyro, but what I received was a mini gyro with no flavor, didn't taste like an original Greek Gyro.
You should be out of business.
You shouldn't call yourself Gyroville. Your name brand is a fake .

I’ve placed take out orders with no issues and the food is consistently good until this last time… it was a complete disaster!! I don’t know if they were having a bad day or maybe no manager working that day ? Cause honestly I didn’t see any actual adult working there while waiting. I placed the order through DoorDash and headed to the restaurant within the timeframe given to be ready (15-25min), the two teenagers working were barely talking to any customer, just told me to sit and wait. Well, I did wait for one hour. The whole time they pretty much ignored everyone who walked in or waited for food, not once apologized for the delay or anything AT ALL. Terrible customer service. You could hear them talking between each other as they were running out of ingredients so needless to say the food quality was not that great, salads and protein portions smaller than usual and fries not fresh. Oh and to top it off my order was short, I paid for extra pita bread and didn’t get it. They really need some serious supervision/ management at this location. I honestly wanted to give zero stars based on the girl’s attitude plus the mess they had in the back of the restaurant, counters with their stuff and food out all over.
