Our family enjoyed our fondue experience, especially my 2 childtren. Hez was gracious to honor a gift certificate from another location.

Horrible hostess. Had a 7:45 reservation. When I asked closer to 8 how much longer, her response was 2 people ahead of you. I explained I have a reservation but she cut me off saying everyone has a reservation. Ridiculous service

At first seems to be fancy and accommodating but goes to hell pretty quick, I had a large party of family and wanted to try something new (Including children and teens) They sat us in a Room without AC and that was not even with the stoves on we where already dying hot.... Overpriced everything as well, I have been in different Melting Pots around the country and this one IS MELTING and they are way OFF POT XD. Staff was so bad when we order drinks he did not know who order what and started giving alcoholic drinks to my kids and teens and wrong drinks to other guest and when they realized their debacle removed their drinks and those who already tasted this and took sips began to place on the right owners after you have mouth washed some from someone else....UNRPOFESSIONAL. Alright the stove on time we where hot already and turns on the stove and leaves on for more than necessary (MY EXPERIENCE WAS 4 HOURS LONG) Could be half but staff again was awful Had no clue who order who eventhough they made us send them our choices beforehand so "This wouldn't take longer than expected". Anyways food was bad, cheese was different quality, even something simple as bread was hideous and on top of that they charge your gratuity added because you know they wont get 0 for their effort. Terrible we asked for water and took 25mins before someone even reaching out with a jar... Please be aware if you like dinning in a sauna overpriced experiences this will be your joint.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Our table was private and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We ordered the ''Touch of Romance' and it was just as described. We felt pampered with excellent service from Marcus and Hes. The cocktails and food were all delicious.

We had the best time celebrating my birthday at the Melting Pot. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend choosing this restaurant for a fun night out or a date night!

Visited the Melting Pot and had a outstanding experience. My waiter Hussein was great and did a fantastic job and was very welcoming and very professional. Hez who was the manager on duty was also very welcoming, it was as if we had been friends forever gave great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice evening and a very relaxing time. Food was excellent. We will definitely be back again Chuck

We took some kids here for a birthday party. One of the kids suddenly decided he was sick and ended up wanting to sleep it off in the car. The staff went above and beyond helping me watch over him while still making our dining experience great. Good food and great staff always make a successful restaurant!

I’ve been to over 30 Melting Pot locations across the country and this one is by far the best one. Impeccable service, delicious food, elegant yet friendly and relaxing atmosphere, and customer centered management and staff. The always make sure that you have a perfect night out. I recommend the Four Course Experience with their signature Candy Bar chocolate dessert. Highly recommended and by far my favorite restaurant.

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve eaten at melting pot since being vegan. I stumbled upon their vegan course and immediately booked a reservation for my husband and I. Our table was perfectly hidden in a corner with a curtain (both introverts so we loved the privacy). Our waitress seemed nervous and in a hurry and claimed to be new as she took our drink order. We ordered drinks and selected our salads and cooking style off the vegan menu only to be informed 30 minutes later that they don’t have the vegan cheese. The manager did approach us with an apology and offered to run to the store (which we declined). We opted to continue with entree and dessert. Entree was tasty (no search and rescue spoon provided, make sure you have this!!!) but the dessert had way more chocolate than fruits to dip. We asked for a few more strawberries to receive four little slivers on a plate with a nearly full bowl of melted chocolate. Our waitress said they’re too busy and the system will start charging us for more (Next time we are for sure bringing our own vegan marshmallows, Oreos, and brownie bites because wasting all that chocolate was a SIN!) Lastly, when the bill was brought, they were “out of survey cards” which must have happened right after the table next to us received theirs and was explained how/why to submit their feedback.....? I assure you we wouldn’t have requested one if we didn’t receive one but lying to me about it wasn’t necessary. We were cool for the entire experience not angry or rude about anything whatsoever. NEXT TIME: 1. ask for a rescue spoon (you’ll need it!) 2. bring your own stuff to dip the dessert, and 3. make sure ahead of time that they have the vegan cheese. Enjoy!
