The service is beyond unacceptable. I sat for 30 minutes and no one spoke a word to me. An older couple came in at the same time as I did, and was serviced and fed in that time. I understand being shortstaffed makes things difficult, but 30 minutes without even *speaking* to a customer is horrendous. I'd give the food a rating if I got the chance to taste it.

Google had told us this place was open, the timings were even update 5 weeks ago saying its open. I trust that but now I know that was the wrong move as once arriving they were completely closed. No one inside and an empty plaza, why even say you’re open when you clearly aren’t

It is rare that you get a combination of all the best things a restaurant can offer.

From the times I’ve been able to go and the Thanksgiving I was able to partake on this year have always provided great service, amazing ambiance, great food and portions, and above all else Chef Nikol who really pours her heart out into all of it.

And that’s what you really get to feel and taste. Can’t wait for their new grand opening! Very excited!

Honestly might have the best sandwiches, fries, pita, and gyro I've ever had in my life. Its like a shock to your tastebuds. Wait times arent terrible, and the staff is always very nice.

Where and when are you reopening?

Best flavors in Coral Springs.The chefboard had it all.

Our second time coming here from Miami because they have halal meat! We got a pasta and salad, and both dishes were presented super well and tasted fresh and flavorful. Great service.

Great food and service. Even has live music some nights

My girlfriends and I eat there at least once a month we’ve always had excellent food. Fabulous service never had a bad meal. Everything was right on the spot so delicious. I highly recommend this place and you cannot beat the price also live entertainment on the weekend.

The most professional polite people!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hellenic Republic in Coral Springs, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the warm and inviting atmosphere. We chose to sit outside, and even though it was a bit chilly, our server went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even providing my wife with a blanket. This small touch of customer care truly exemplified the top-notch service we received throughout the evening.
Now, let's talk about the food. Simply put, it was amazing! The shrimp and grits were absolutely to die for, and the octopus was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a pitcher of their sangria, which was incredibly tasty. Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Overall, our experience at Hellenic Republic was exceptional. The combination of delicious food, great service, and a cozy ambiance makes this place a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

My visit to Hellenic Republic was truly impressive. The Greek food was remarkable and savory. The portions were plentiful and I will definitely return in the future.

We came today for dinner and were absolutely delighted! The dip sampler with tzatziki, potato garlic and pesto hummus was delicious and the pitas were pillowy soft! The Greek salad was superb. Spanakopita was hot, crisp and very tasty. Both entrees were plentiful, and scrumptious. We ordered gyros pita with Greek fries and the gyro bowl. The service was friendly and the option to sit inside or al fresco was nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The food was absolutely amazing. The fries were fresh, not greasy, and delicious. The chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly.
