Absolutely delicious food with tons of customization and great vegan options!! Staff was super friendly, speedy, and knowledgeable!! Can’t wait to come back on our next trip

This is my place of worship. Mac and cheese has always been my comfort food. My wife and I just recently visited and the food was great as it always is. Jessi was immediately attentive and got our orders out quickly and accurately.

I loved everything about this place! I had the flat bread with pepperoni and sausage it was 5 stars and I will be back to try the Cuban !!

Food came out fast but had no taste, the food was just as bland as the staff, my kids were excited about the concept, but very poor execution , flat bread tasted like a totinos frozen pizza, grilled cheese was dry, bland mac and cheese was not cheesy at all, a kraft mac and cheese cup wouldve been better, very dissappointed, after we were served staff hid in back of store, nobody was in the front , if i spend 60 bucks for 4 people to eat i expect better quality and at least some service, destin, fla store

I love mac & cheese 🧀 so seeing this on line ,I had to try. Person at the counter was very nice and helpful. Walked me threw the setup on hiw to order. Ordered 2 grilled cheese (mac&cheese) order that came with tater tots and a drink.
My order was made with American cheese and muncerella cheese 🧀
Was disappointed 😞
It had no taste at all.
You would think that a place that specializes in mac & cheese it would be amazing. Nope. Not here. I think they should work on the recipe 🤔 and have much more options. Not just grilled cheese and a bowl.
I'm going to try them again at a later time. Hopefully I have a better experience.
P.S. tater tots aren't good at all. No flavor and not appealing.

I have to say I was disappointed with the so called chicken Parmesan Mac and cheese. These are chicken nuggets not chicken Parmesan. There wasn’t enough sauce or cheese for it to even be Mac and cheese. Because of the disappointment I actually counted the cookies and it was shorted 18/20. I gave it a 2 because the grill cheese I ate was good and the cookies. For the price of the cookies they should fill the cup a little more though. I also got my food through uber and was charged 27 and on my receipt it said 22 so where did that other 5 bucks go. I already tipped the driver separately.

since the Pembroke Pines location sadly closed, I’ve been coming to the Coral Springs location. Both times I’ve came, Jess attended me with outstanding service, kindness, and conversation. I would definitely be coming back, especially for Jess!!

As a vegan with a ton of food alergies, it’s always so hard for me to find an impromptu place for lunch. There were so many options for me for lunch and Jessi was super knowledgeable of all of the ingredients so I could safely eat. The vegan mac n cheese is SO delicious! It was creamy and flavorful. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner. Great calm atmosphere with yummy food.

We went to I Heart Mac & Cheese for a quick lunch as first timers today and although there was a short wait (they were busy!) it was absolutely worth it! We loooved the food which is hard to say for two people with gluten allergies. Jessi was the person helping us and she was super knowledgeable about their products and about gluten-free food safety practices. It was also a great value. Not only is this place severely overpriced for just mac & cheese or grilled cheese, but the ability for this team to get the order right was completely missed. Both my wife and I are sitting here sick in bed and just craving some grilled cheese and soup. Each grilled cheese was supposed to come with the tomato soup. You know how many soups we got? Zero! So now sick as a dog I need to leave the house and go to the store to buy soup that was supposed to come with the sandwiches. Needless to say I will not be making this mistake in ordering from his place again.

Added: now that I have returned home from the store with my soup that should’ve come with my sandwich, my grilled cheeses are now soggy.
