I honestly love their food because it taste home made. Always get the rice&beans with jerk chicken and gravy. Generous portions and good flavor. The negative reviews are probably from the people who only eat unseasoned food.

I’ve been here twice today I decided not to buy anything because I can’t understand why they advertise three sizes on the menu, but both times only two were available. They said that they just don’t have the mini box however they wasn’t willing to accommodate me with a smaller portion and the same price either. The customer service was great the first time a gentleman served me but today it was two ladies poor English and unwelcoming which was my ultimate decision of why I didn’t purchase. Good customer service can go a long way. Do better with inventory so you aren’t Falsely advertising.

Someone sent me to this restaurant because I love Jamaican food , so I got brown stew with rice and beans and vegetables, now I have to be honest … this was the worst Jamaican food I ever had in my life , the meat was uncooked, the rice was hard and dry , and over all the food had no taste , no flavor no body to it, I felt like throwing up , there was another guy that ordered before me he got curry meat , him and I was seating next to each other eating , after three snoops we noticed the food was not good , he put he’s in the trash and left the mall with he’s girlfriend , I told him am not leaving yet I need a refund.. so I went back to the restaurant with whole plate full of whatever they gave me , the black dude that work in the store / owner he told me he will not refund me , I had to get really mad for him to say ok I’ll refund you . He did refund me my money after a long argument. I would not recommend this store service is bad and food is bad , please next time listen to the customer so you can make better food and become a better restaurant , don’t argue with customers after multiple people are complaining about the same thing . Please if you don’t understand hospitality and the industry you in , you shouldn’t be selling food and getting mad at customers, take some some hospitality classes , I don’t care what restaurant you open without customers you will go out of business. Respect the industry and become better

Rude rude rude!!! Went to this location to pick up a DoorDash delivery on the app of DoorDash It said that it included a drink. I had my daughter help me and go inside the mall while I waited for her outside, and the lady at the counter was very very rude. In the beginning my daughter approached a male that was at the counter. The woman put herself into the conversation. I’m guessing to help out not a problem, but don’t be rude to someone. I had to go inside and show this woman the app as she showed me on her computer where it said “if” I understood and I said, can I take a picture so I could prove it to my customer just in case because I didn’t want any problems . She started saying that I approach her in a rude way, which was not true first of all I never approach her. I approach the male and I just approached the male, showing him my phone saying that there’s a drink included. She was the one that was rude. I will never ever go or anyone in my family go buy any food from this place and from what I see in these reviews the food is not even great so the service sucks as well.

This place was amazing. I was met at the counter with a friendly smile. The lovely young lady helped me with my questions and gave me a ton of food to eat. The food itself was so flavorful. I highly recommend everyone to try this place out.

Chicken very dry pale pink in the middle tasteless more like plain smoked chicken Where’s the j*** seasoning? Also had that “ yesterdays/rewarmed” flavour. Will not recommend this establishment or patronise. Woman serving not friendly very abrupt.

My food was hard, my meat was hard and my rice was hard. Couldn’t even stick a fork to my chicken. I went and asked for a refund and she say she can’t give me a refund cause I don’t like it.

The food was decadent and flavorful! I had the oxtail meal. The oxtail was so tender and juicy. I really enjoyed it. Even the cabbage, which I rarely eat, was so good. The broth it was cooked in just gave it a very good taste.The juice! The juice! The juice! We bought the watermelon, passion fruit and lemon juice blend. It was absolutely amazing. So refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. I had to hold back because I definitely wanted to purchase a few to take home. Next time I’m here I will definitely stop by. Delicious food! ❤️‍?

Their rice and peas was very salty and when I went back to them a minute later. They said I could not exchange it. So my only option is to throw it out. The lady responds was oh sorry.... no exchange. Have some decency to try to help a customer who only want to exchange the rice for something non salty.

I have ordered from this restaurant several times via Uber. Today I ordered the King fish and curry channa. The Uber driver messaged me that they were out of both when she arrived to pick up my order. Understand that I had paid and per the Uber tracker it was getting prepared. So I decided to get something different. They said the price would be more and to go ahead and cancel the order. No other options, not willing to ensure that the customer was taken care of. The Uber driver said that they were not very pleasant and she had never seen a situation where they were not willing to switch the order. Of course this will be my last time spending my money at this place. Customer service is important, such s disappointment.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE !! I would not spend my money here again if I was starving. Oxtails more grease and fat than meat, rice and peas taste burnt and old and Mac n cheese no seasoning and no taste, I would rather eat krafts Mac n cheese than this. When complaining to the cashier she was rude and nonchalant and gave me a business card.When I called the person on the card he was acting like he didn't even know why I was calling so I don't know why they would give his cards out. He rude as well and didn't offer any options of fresh food, switching it out, or a refund. He proceeded to tell me how long he has been in busy and people love the food. WELL THE REVIEWS SAY OTHERWISE!! DO NOT EAT HERE EVEN IF ITS THE END OF THE WORLD!!!
