First time ordering and the online process was very easy. Arrived ahead of time and my order was ready for pickup and hot too with friendly service. Ordered the NY style Jet10 and the pie was excellent, lots of toppings, even the crust was good. The wings I ordered, not so good but hey, its a pizza place.

I apologize that you were not satisfied with the way the pizza came out. There is certain measurements of cheese and sauce and also the place in the oven we have to use to make the pizza consistent for every customer. I’ve been here a couple times and thought the regular pizza was good. I tried the deep dish pizza today for the first time and let me just say honestly: it’s one of the best slices of pie I’ve ever had, I was blown away. Cheese melted PERFECTLY and crust was exactly the right texture, it was truly a memorable experience. Will probably go back tomorrow. Try the deep dish, you won’t regret it!

Yesterday I ordered Jets pizza for the first time. Because all of my friends were raving about how good if is. I got one New York style pepperoni pizza. I got a regular cheese pizza and some wings. The only thing that was good about my order was the wings. I spent $80 on pizza that I didn't even eat. I am so disappointed in this company. It's like the sauce Was sweet or something. I don't think I would recommend this place to anybody
