I went here today, and o ordered the chicken bacon sandwich but I just wanted the chicken sandwich without bacon, I didn’t like it so I go tuna instead the mgr wouldn’t credit me back the difference of the sandwich which was 5 bucks, and this mgr knows me I thought that was very disrespectful. I don’t think I’ll come back here.

My husband ordered subs today and they were by far the worst subs I ever had. They failed to put any toppings on the subs they didn’t put the oil and vinegar. I got the gargantuan and I definitely won’t be back to this location to spend any money. The three men that were there working were high out of their mind and that’s probably the reason why they failed to do their job correctly. We paid $25 + dollars for some disgusting food. What a disgrace to whoever’s place this is walking into the establishment and your staff is visibly intoxicated sagging their pants it literally just is a shame. Zero stars
I don’t recommend.

When I asked for mayo on my pickle sandwich, DJ guy who works there told me that I was mistaken about how the sandwhich should be and refused to rebuild it, add any, or even put mayo on it. As a customer, he was quite impolite and contemptuous, and I have no intention of returning there.

$50 for 4 sandwiches and they came with 3 pieces of turkey per sandwich. We basically paid for bread. Don’t recommend at all
The same people have worked here for years which is the sign of a well run restaurant. They food is consistently quick, good, and delivered with friendly service. One of my go to places for a quick wrap

DJ was fantastic. Saturday morning at 10:15 AM and this guy had a smile on his face and a warm good morning when I walked through the door. There are not enough people on the planet like DJ. You should pay him more money because he is awesome. RJ and family.

Excellent customer service!! I placed a mobile order but chose the wrong location, completely my mistake. DJ immediately called the other store and told them I chose the wrong location and he made my sandwich for me. I’ve done this same thing at Starbucks, McDonald’s and Dunkin Donuts and they were all just like oh well, your mistake. Thank you Jimmy John’s and especially DJ for taking care of your customers.

Not the best sub but I liked it. Sub was pretty big so I would say it's a good value compared to Subway since the quality is much higher. I dislike that they don't have a lot of options, for example, the only cheese they have is provolone for some reason. This is the second Jimmy John's I've tried and the quality is pretty uniform. If you get the 16'' sub it's more meat than the buy one get one 1/2 off from Subway so technically it's a better value and the quality is higher. The online ordering system is pretty easy to use as well. I like the restaurant as it has a bunch of inspirational messages on the walls and a fountain soda machine with Coca Cola. Personally I prefer this to Jersey Mike's since Jersey Mikes only serves Pepsi. I think subs from Jersey Mikes are a bit tastier and more varied than these, though.
Jimmy John's is basically just 20 variations on the Italian sub with provolone cheese. It isn't bad but it's a once-in-a-while type of restaurant purely because I get sick of the menu options even though the quality is there. The staff is also very friendly and the food is always delivered on time. Restaurant is clean and updated.
