I give it a 3 star rating because although the quality of the food is very good, they have a serious attitude problem, you can't ask them for anything because without turning around they answer you reluctantly and say that everything was next to the soda machines and there wasn't even any. They should change the staff and although the facilities look good, the bad attitude does not make you feel in a good environment.

I can't explain how nasty the guy/ lady taking the order was, "Mind you, I was the only car in the drive thru THE FOOD WAS NASTY under cooked just nasty food and nasty service never ever will I order food from here. KFC, YOU NEED TO HIRE PPL WILLING TO WORK AND COOK THE FOOD THE CORRECT WAY. NASTY AND POOR MANAGEMENT!

So I walked in there optimistic about trying to fill out an application to get a job and then I could just totally tell that the shift leader or the manager was totally miserable (nothing personal against that individual) but he or she has horrible aura it's obvious he/she just babysitting for the other two employees "he/she was very confident that he could not help me out at all after telling me to schedule my own interview" then after I showed him / she that that is not possible you have to give me an interview and I'm just following up on my application the attitude became dismissive and I was instantly not interested in working for this company however I did wish them a good day
One suggestion is that from the offers that Deals have, we can change the puree for a salad, ahem, and if we have to pay the difference, charge it, but don't let the customer go to the Chinese restaurant next door.

Isaiah provided excellent customer service by suggesting a different combo that give us the same thing with savings, even though we had already placed our order. It's great to know that there is people that care and are proactive and provide helpful service! Not to mention, the food was great.
