I walked into KFC with the intention of getting “just a small snack.” Fast forward 20 minutes, and I’m sitting in my car covered in biscuit crumbs, my fingers glistening with fried chicken glory, and my willpower completely shattered.
Let’s talk about that chicken—crispy, golden perfection on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned like it was blessed by the Colonel himself. The mashed potatoes? Basically a warm hug in food form. And don’t get me started on the biscuits—so fluffy they could double as pillows if I didn’t inhale them first.
The staff deserves a shoutout too. They handed me my bucket of chicken like they knew I was about to make some questionable life choices, but they supported me anyway. That’s the kind of customer service I appreciate.
So, if you’re looking for a place to make sensible, responsible eating choices, KFC is not it. But if you’re ready to embrace deep-fried happiness and temporarily forget about your gym membership, welcome home.

I stopped by here this past Saturday and ordered a chicken sandwich. I requested NO PICKLES! Receipt shows NO PICKLES. Guess what, I GOT PICKLES! I'm allergic to pickles. I had to switch meals with my wife. WTH kfc?

The food is good, I purchased 2 spicy sandwiches, but the place is weird a mix between Taco Bells and KFC I ordered 2 KFC combos, and the cups had the taco bell logo
If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional here. I felt rushed as I was giving my order, just to receive the wrong food. When I brought up getting a refund, I received attitude from the woman who took my order. There are so many employees just for nobody to be at the front. Only one MAN seemed to be doing his job, a KFC manager, NOT the WOMAN who took my order. Also, when I told her the refund wasn’t popping up in my account, she gave more attitude!!!

Got some spicy chicken sandwichs but they forgot my chicken nuggets
Ordered 12 chicken nuggets at 10:56pm and was told to drive around to the front door. Waited 10 minutes before having to knock on the door and ask where the chicken nuggets are and then still did not receive my food until 11-14pm. Definitely not the best management.

This kfc is the slowest kfc i have been at, I don’t mine the employees playing music but why take so long to make the food, every midnight i come herr i got to wait atleast 30 minutes

they gat 5 guys working ...they still messed up my order ...the chicken breast are striped out of the tenderloin and breaded so you dont notice that a piece is missing maybe they sell it later as a chicken strips ...and on top of that the dine area was super filthy .full of food leftovers the employes where eating in between all that junk ....never again ...Elizabeth hickman the manager ...you have to take that business seriously...that was nasty !

Ordered a 12 piece special. Got home and realized they jipped me out of a piece. Missing a leg $3.99 and a wing $3,19. I should be reimbursed.
The worse service of my life. Thank God for robots. I cant wait for useless people to be fired. The worst kfc team ever. They give kfc a bad name.

This place is terrible I visit this place a few times a month, and today 8/27/24 at 4 pm I waited for Almost 7 minutes before the drive personnel came over only to just turn around and go back to the window. While her co-workers just looked at me and paid mind. No manager in sight, and there was a cash reregister on the counter filled with no money, nobody was attending this shift, just like other times. It may not mean anything to this big corporation but you just lost a customer, just terrible service. Never ordered, never sat down, and just terrible service so I just walked out

Chicken nuggets lacked breading and flavor. Biscuits were dry. They forgot the butter. Employee seemed like they just didn't care about anything and didn't want to be there. Atmosphere from the drive-through was nothing special. Not sure what it's like inside. I don't plan on going back.

Was greeted very cheerfully, just to be served rock hard old 6 pieces of drumstick chicken and weird hard biscuits for $40 I guess my request was too special… even went in to ask for some hot sauce and should have known when the girl at the window ran up to ask of everything was okay, I’m a nice guy I always say thank you etc.. but I didn’t check the food yet. Until I arrived home and was greeted to that after a long hard shift in the summer sun as a pool guy, thanks for robbing and starving me.. really appreciated that
