A Sweet Father’s Day Treat!

Visited Kilwins in Coral Springs this past Father’s Day weekend, and it was an absolute delight! The store was spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive—there were four workers behind the chocolate counter and ice cream area, all working efficiently and with great customer service.

Their chocolate selection is incredible—chocolate-dipped apples, pretzels, barks, popcorn—you name it, they had it! Everything looked fresh and high quality. My kids and I tried the ice cream, and it was excellent. So many flavors to choose from, and each one we tried was delicious.

This was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Easily a 10 out of 10. I’d recommend Kilwins over Cold Stone, Baskin-Robbins, or Cherry Smash any day. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place, excellent quality.It reminds me of walking into a chocolate store in Europe.

I ordered a Superman for the kids and was given the sprinkles in a small cup on the side. My daughter dropped them by accident (right outside the store) and I went back in to get more and was being charged for it.

I also ordered a waffle cup of cookies and cream and they barely filled it even half way because it was a new tub and the guy refused to be patient enough to scoop full scoops to fill it.

Similar to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Large selection of chocolates and ice cream. The store was clean and well organized.
A Black female working behind the counter greeted us and waited on us....she was very helpful and pleasant....the older White guy behind the counter was not....we said good xxxxxxxxx to him twice.... didn't reply but did look at us.....

The shop smells delicious and the Toasted Coconut Ice Cream was fantastic. Service was great, no complaints about my visit.
