I had my daughter getting ice cream and one of the cashier's treak her, she gave a whole $20.00 bill and this cashier returned back to her the bill in pieces! I went back to them. They were unapologetically and pretending to make a full of me and my daughter. I asked for the manager and one of them told me with a nasty look, it's me. Never ever we are coming back to this low life place!

My recent visit to Kilwins with my family left much to be desired. We were looking forward to enjoying some delicious ice cream, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the staff. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that they lacked any sense of hospitality. There was a noticeable attitude, and it felt like they were indifferent to whether customers chose to patronize their establishment or not.In a region like South Florida, where there are numerous options for enjoying ice cream, it’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service. While the ice cream itself may be good, the overall experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the staff. I hope that Kilwins takes steps to address this issue, as it can deter potential customers from returning and tarnish the reputation of an otherwise enjoyable establishment.

We bought strawberries covered Chocolat and when we got home we noticed the strawberries were with mold on them.Very disappointing that a place like that will sell rotten strawberries and cover it with chocolate.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of what we received for this order. My partner bought me some chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered cherries for Valentine’s Day trying to be sweet, but we ended up having to throw out the strawberries. He asked for everything to be packed in the bag, but they didn’t listen so the cherries that were paid for were not received.The box was closed and wrapped in a small bow which looked so adorable, but when I started to take them out and plate them I noticed a few had mold.Are you serious? How was that much mold missed? How long were these left out for that it grew mold?I’m really disappointed that our money ended up being wasted on this.

I have been to this establishment multiple times before and had good experiences. This one however, changed that. I walk in and have to wait 5 minueted before anyone assists me. Already starting off bad. Then I order and a lady wearing a back brace was very rude to me as she gave me multiple attitudes and practically gave me a death store for not leaving gratuity she asked for. Then the worst part. I ordered two scoops of ice cream and this is what I got. What a SHAME.

This store is way over priced. They charge you $4 for a peanut butter cup. I could go to the grocery store and buy a whole lot of peanut butter cups for that price. Everything is simply too expensive. We stopped in here to get ice cream and a chocolate treat for our kids. We ended up buying a small chocolate ice cream and a chocolate turtle. We looked at the fudge, and the peanut butter cups, and couldn't rationalize paying their exorbitant prices. Next time, we'll go somewhere a little bit cheaper.

I love this confectionery! Not only does it have gorgeous chocolates, there's fudge, ice cream, and chocolate/caramel apples too!! They also offer sugar free options. Pricey but definitely delicious. My favorite are the cherry cordials and chocolate covered marshmallows!

I brought me 2 toddlers here on Thursday at 10 am. They had such a great time and loved the chocolate covered pretzels they got. The fudge I got was amazing and we all enjoyed sitting in the chairs outside watching the fou tain. 10 outta 10!
