KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

What a fun and yummy experience. The waiter JSTAR was so informative and so attentive. Made the experience that much better.

Our first time here today celebrating my 24 anniversary with my wife. We got both the Hot Pot and Korean BBQ all you can eat. The food and service were amazing. Our waitress was Angelina P and she took great care of us. I highly recommend eating here. I will be back with our 3 kids to enjoy again. Towson, MD location.

Wichita, Kansas, location. This was absolutely terrible. Waited almost two hours to be seated. Orders are submitted via a tablet device. It was very confusing. There was lots to choose from but there was no explanation on what the menu items are, what quantity is being ordered, or instructions for preparing the menu items. We were directed to a “sauce bar”. I had no idea what to do with them. We asked for help. The attendant selected some popular items for us. The soup arrived which looked like a slice of fresh tomato in a bowl of diarrhea. Solid pass. We tried cooking the sausages and meatballs, but they kept rolling the the edge of the grill and would not cook. We gave up on that. We placed a slice to some sort of thinly sliced meat on the grill. It sizzled for 3-4 seconds and what didn’t evaporate stuck to the grill. It was a very terrible experience. Other patrons seemed to be enjoying their meal. We tried to observe what they we’re doing and emulate. We just couldn’t get the hang of it. We felt very humiliated. We decided to leave. Even though we were unable to prepare or eat any of the food, I was still charged $95.00.

It's good food. Fast and friendly service. Steven did a really great job! Thank you for the hospitality. Will recommend definitely. Overland Location.
