La Brasa Grill Coral Springs

The food in this place is decent but the service is absolutely horrendous. The people who work here have no sense of customer service. Unless you speak perfect Spanish, the workers here will not bother to actually listen to you. The cashier lady with big black framed glasses was incredibly rude and dismissive and even checked out the order before my sister was able to finish even ordering!! Imagine having a customer wanting to buy more food from your establishment only to cut her off just to be incredibly rude. If I was the owner, I know that I would be incredibly upset to hear that. Please for the sake of your stomach do not order the salad. It is disgusting, poorly seasoned and oily.

It was really a bad experience regarding the cleanliness of the tables and service. Today, Sunday, December 8, at 4 pm, I sat at a table and it was dirty and I asked a waitress to clean it and she reluctantly cleaned it and threw away the leftovers. of the food on the floor with the cloth, and the cloth smelled bad and the table was left with a bad smell, I had to ask another waitress if she could please help me with the issue of cleaning my table and sweep since everything The floor was full of bones and dirt, after asking for the favor repeatedly he did it in a bad way
This place was very different, I hurt for the owner because he knows how to form a company

Giving 2 stars because they canceled our uber eat order after the order was already accepted for about 10-15 mins. Online says they don’t close until 10pm. It’s not closed online/on the app either.

Super good food. but the service is very bad, the staff is a little rude, I hope you improve that aspect since the food is very good.

I had a great experience at La Brasa Grill in Coral Springs. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was excellent. I ordered a quarter chicken with rice and beans for just under ten dollars, which I found to be very reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to going back to try more items on their menu.

Anticuchos, Grilled Chicken highly recommended but do not order the LOMO SALTADO if you are Peruvian. Better prepare it at home. Much difference between Coral Springs and Plantation with the LOMO SALTADO.
