Larry's Ice Cream

Can not really tell you how it taste because I did not get attended by the workers there. I waited for 5 min so I just left the icecream did look tasty. First time here and last.

Came in at 10:40 waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. We were told we couldn’t order milkshakes and couldn’t order funnel cake fries. Customers before us ordered 2 milkshakes and a brownie sundae. The girls working were very rude and unprofessional. We would understand if they were busy, it was a ghost town.

Best Ice Cream ever

YOOO!!! Larry’s ice cream is awesome and Giselle is amazing! Made the most perfect Medium Strawberry and Coconut ice cream. Was friendly and wasn’t afraid to laugh with the guests. This is why this place has been here as long as it has. Ty!!!

This is such a cute place with an awesome and unique selection of ice cream and cone flavors and a large menu. Service is good

Ordered $75 worth of desserts party of 6 and was disappointed by the “brownie skillet” took 15 mins which is fine . Came out with only cookie and when I brought it back up and told her this isn’t what we order and showed her the receipt (brownie skillet) she said it’s correct I made it … mean while there wasn’t one piece of brownie pieces or in the skillet the lady explained “ the brownie is mixed in with the cookie not the whole skillet is a brownie” no problem definitely not worth the $17 . They charge you an extra $3 for brownie skillet compared to cookie skillet $13. When I told her that’s not what the picture represents in store. “Manager’s reply those are old pictures” go to cherry smash or whitz for better brownie options. I called couple days later to express my concerns and the manager again told me “I made it correct and she remembers mixing in brownie with cookie” I never been here before and won’t go back terrible experience.

How was Larry's Ice Cream ? I really didn't know how it was. I walked in and out, and none of the employees noticed. They didn't even ask if I wanted anything. I just left the place.

The blonde hair lady with glasses was top tier with customer service...I was passed by other workers but she took care of my order..don't even know her name...but she should be like a manager..you are recognized for been helpful and curtious...

The ownership here changed several years ago and sadly, it shows in a terrible way. The customer service here is nonexistent. They're unwelcoming and rude. The ice cream is pretty expensive too. Based on the atmosphere and experiences, it's really not worth coming here. There are plenty of other ice cream shops in the area that deserve your business. I'm generally really big on supporting our local, homegrown, mom and pop-type places, but this isn't the same as it used to be. Business is earned.

One thing that I think is work mentioning is, that it may not be the best place to bring your kids when they have special guests. The other day, a poor lady was getting screamed at by what looked to be one of the owners, if not managers. For whatever reason, they weren't allowing her child to see Mickey and Minnie. It was heartbreaking to watch, I can only imagine how they were feeling.

If this is how the owners/ managers are going to treat their customers, it's no wonder the staff are conditioned to provide poor customer service.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here since I was a teen and how get to come with my kids. LOVE all the free events they do almost monthly. My kids love going and taking pictures with all the characters all the time. It’s a joy to have some free fun in Coral Springs. Love the new cute pink renovations as well. It feels fresh and clean all the time

They have the best ice cream in coral springs. No doubt about it.. their coconut colada is the best for me..

This Ice Cream shop is much better than Cold Stone- love love love this place!
