This is my favorite peruvian restaurant in the area. The food is so fresh and delicious and the ceviche is some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

Great place serving delicious traditional Peruvian dishes. Very comfortable space, clean and organized. It looks like it has a space for special events and live music because it has a little stage in the back. Tried the “Linguine A La Huancaina con Lomo Saltado” and to be honest it is the best one I have tried in my whole life so far. Creamy, cooked to perfection, the steak was super soft and full of flavor. They also offer free and open parking. Definitely a must if you are in the Coral Springs area, but they have other location in Ft. Lauderdale and not sure if also somewhere else. Go try it asap!

I felt real embarrassed to bring a group of European people to this restaurant. Just one young inexperienced girl trying to take care of few tables, absolutely unacceptable. Everything took ages to be accomplished. Food was nothing special but very prize for such place and food. Would prefer any other Peruvian restaurant but no more Mancora

The place has a lot of space and the tables are arranged pretty far from each other which I found to be nice, especially when going with 8 people and you want to be able to talk. My lomito saltado was a bit too salty for my taste and the púlpito in my opinion had too much seasoning..nice seasoning though, but I could not really taste the octopus.. overall s good experience and would consider coming back when around the area.

Our Go-To Spot for Peruvian Food
Mancora Ceviche Bar is a no-brainer pick for our family, especially when we have guests in town. The food is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is relaxed but vibrant.
My girlfriend and I always split the ceviche and lomo saltado — more than enough for two, and consistently delicious. My daughter is hooked on their pesto pasta, and we all love the variety of drinks: pisco sours, sangria, fresh limeade, and imported South American sodas.
They also have a great selection of desserts if you’ve got room left. If you’re craving authentic Peruvian cuisine with solid service and big flavor, Mancora is the move.
