I have great experience with the place. The employees are wonderfull their service prompt. With previous management the place had a crew of visitors accupying all the center tables dayly and were not able to find tables. With new management is great service, fresh bagles and pleasant atmosphear.

The beagle was good BUT the place itself felt dirty. While ordering I looked up at the ceiling where the air vent was and it was FULL of dust all around it and to top it off it was right on top of where they have ALL the baskets of beagles!! On the side of the register a ceiling tile is missing and has old water stains on it. Then most of the employees have low energy. Overall one can’t enjoy their food while the place looks unkept and dirty.

This place has went downhill fast over the past few months. Possibly under new management. If you want to be disrespected and ignored this is the place for you. Horrible customer service. They will be out of business soon if this keeps up. Stay Away you will Thank me.

So I have edited my review since the I I itial it's June 2024 and the business has been sold...? THE FOOD QUALITY DEFINITELY ISNT THE SAME. it's like they new owner tweeked the recipes for the worse. The flow of the business and how things are made is noticeably different. I can imagine everyone going to BAGEL DEPOT AND DELI NYC to get that AUTHENTIC NYC ATMOSPHERE SERVICE AND FLAVOR.....new owners CAN NOT MATCH THE PREVIOUS OWNERS IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!!! They're so on top of things and so fast making sure ALLLLL customers are taken care of....***PLUS the Bagels are Parallel to New Yorks Finest Bagels. #NYCGirlsKnow ??
This would also be an awesome evening coffee lounge but Manhattan Bagel closes at 3pm. Ive showed up many of days not realizing it was after hours pulling a locked door. ??Considering MB is my first thought in the morning. It would be my go to spot for work or study or to meet friends instead of starbucks.

I have been coming to Manhattan for as long as they opened the door in coral springs. Without miss, you were always greeted with a smile and how's your day going? ETC. Not anymore, you have a bunch of what seems to be teenagers instead of greeting you, they would rather argue and bicker about who is doing the most and who isn't. They just hand you the food as if they are displeased you walked in the door. This is what happens when you sell a company to people that don't care about the community they feed. Atleats my bagel still tasted like it use to. Wouldn't be surprise if they change that soon also.
