wish I could review the food and service, but the restaurant seems to have closed. we received a gift card to Coppola's Coral Springs for Christmas 2023. tried to make a reservation for dinner on Feb 17. open table is not taking reservations for them; they don't answer phones or messages; no signs on door.. drove by and doors locked and lights off. questioning if fraud is involved (selling gift cards but not intending to honor them. gift giver is contacting cc company and requesting chargeback.

The restaurant was padlocked closed. They should have notified open table and those who had reservations. Very disappointing experience, having driven a distance to get there with the expectation of a good meal.

Today was the 4th time my husband and I went to this restaurant and the 2nd for our son. All former employees and the chef are gone. The new employees have no sense of how to treat customers. Service was extremely slow and us 3 were the only customers on premises. Our empty soup dishes were removed after 1/2 hour ;the main dishes took over 1 hour to be served and the cannoli were awful. The cook has no knowledge whatsoever about food presentation nor does he know how to prepare and present the cannoli. Such a disappointment! I will be cancelling a reservation for 12 people I had planned to take to the restaurant.To the Owner: You offered me a free meal for me and my family which I'm declining because the problem we encountered will not be solved unless your new employees get extensive training on how to treat guests and make a satisfying presentation of the food when served. Also,I've tried to reach you since December 21,2023 through e-mails,texts and phone calls to cancel my reservation for 12 people on January 15,2024 and ask for my deposit to be returned,but,up to this day, January 11,2024, I still haven't heard from you .

The restaurant is new I believe so a lot of people haven't found it. It is on the quiet side of a shopping center but worth looking for. The food and service were excellent . I hope enough people find it to keep them around!

We had 5pm reservations, the restaurant was locked up. We were. confused at 5:10pm 2 people showed up and opened the door. I asked if they were open and was told they were waiting for the chef to come? Terrible and pricey. Stay away

I made a reservation for my husbands birthday dinner here through open table. Unfortunately when we showed up at the restaurant the door was locked and we were unable to communicate with anyone. It looked like the lights were on and it was setup for dinner inside but no one was there. We called the number and it went straight to voicemail. Hours of operation online and on the restaurant door stated it should be open. We arrived 15 minutes early and waited until our reservation time just in case but still no one showed up. This was very disappointing given it was my husbands birthday. We had to find another restaurant to have our dinner celebration.

Most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake given they just recently opened. We went there with a large party and were the ONLY group dining. I’ve honestly never seen such a poorly run restaurant. It was 80 degrees and they couldn’t adjust the AC. The entrees came out staggered over the course of an hour, where by the time the last entree was served, the first person had been finished eating for 30 minutes. Worse than that though, somehow half the entrees came out cold, and the other half were just outright wrong. I want to cut them some slack as they are clearly a new staff sorting things out, but you can’t possibly get this MUCH wrong and expect a return visit. You only get one chance to make a first impression and this place is not for good Italian in south Florida.

The service was amazing. The braise beef was excellent. It was flavorful!! The beef carpaccio was good. The calamari was ok. I'd definitely come back for the braise beef and try some other options.Parking: Free parking

Amazing!!! Bottom line, I read reviews before we came and they were so very very positive!! Everything I read was wonderfully true!! Our waiter was Nicolas and he was attentive and really respectful and knowledgeable, just a pleasure to work with!!The food was exceptional- there were 9 of us each having something different and we all were delighted with our meals! It goes without saying I would highly recommend Coppola’s!!Parking: Easy and close to restaurantKid-friendliness: Had some nice options!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! We had to wait for over 15 minutes for menus and longer for water. Definitely come to this restaurant if want to get your appetizer after your dinner, your medium-rare steak so well done you cant eat it, raw salmon, and the worst meatballs ever. But the argumentative staff was the cherry on top! This place was worst than a fast food place!!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would.PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.This awful place will NOT last.CONS FOOD-I was served RAW salmon-a guest in my party was served OVERCOOKED hard as a rock steak-When they cooked my salmon, they put cheese all over it and turned it into a new dish which is NOT WHAT I ORDERED since I can't eat cheese.-the calamari was rubbery and soft-the meatballs tasted frozen and awful*when the chef came over to look at my salmon he said that they get their fish from the distributor PRECOOKED and that he just dips it in water so it was impossible to undercook it and both the sever and chef were ARGUING with us saying that it's not raw. HELLO?! Does that look raw to you??*When I spoke to the server about the chefs comment she told me that it's NOT precooked and everything is made fresh. Which goes back to my salmon being raw.*Because of the mess up of the fish and then the remake being wrong which ended up having to be given back to the server taken off the bill and not replacing that one. I didn't have anything to eat besides having a few pieces of the rubbery calamari so I left hungry.CONS SERVICE-slow service, we didn't get served until 10 minutes after being sat,-incompetent servers,we never got our appetizer that my husband double checked with the server to make sure that she knows we want the calamari as an appetizer. When our dinner comes out and there were no appetizer, I told one of the employees that I don't want my appetizer anymore, they apologized and told me that they will still give it to us but for free and will bring it out in a couple minutes.The server then told me that I never ordered the calamari and I reminded her that my husband double checked with her to make sure that she knew that we wanted that as a an app. She then apologized.CONS EXTRA CHARGES-We were charged for an extra sparkling water that we never received or ordered-We were charged for the calamari that was supposed to be free-We were never told about the AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity on the bill and it doesn't say that anywhere on the menu. We ended up paying 40% which is ridiculous and it's AGAINST THE LAW to not say that on the menu.We came here to celebrate a birthday and it was by far the worst experience in our lives that all of us just wanted to leave. None of us review restaurants but our disaster of a night shouldn't go unnoticed. We should have just gone to Sicilian Oven where the servers are great and so is the food.

Always wonderful food and service. Daniel's attention to the customer is exceptional, and anything on the menu is perfect. The place should be more celebrated, it won't disappoint.
