They never get the order correct through the drive through. From the car line and skipping vehicles out of order for simply getting to the window (they must not have a tracking/alert system to tell them which lane is next) to the actual order accuracy… unfortunately this is the closest location to my home otherwise I’d much rather go to ANY other McDonalds in the region.

Made me late for work over 30 mins for a sausage egg and cheese there is a dozen people waiting for food for over 30 mins and the employees are arguing in the back . I will never come by here again i hope i dont get written up by my job

After waiting for approximately 15 minutes in the curbside spot (not to mention the 30 minute advanced order I did online) my son went inside to find out why no one was coming out, and no one helped him. Please note this was after hours so the dining room was closed, so I called to find out what was going on and the person who picked up proceeds to tell me to go to the drive thru, and I said then why did the app allow me to check in? She says she doesn’t know and keeps asking the manager whom I can hear answering her saying she doesn’t know… and then the best part was is they hung up on me! Beyond aggravated….almost every time I stop at McDonald’s there is something wrong. It’s supposed to be fast and convenient and it’s far from that…

Do not order on the app here, they'll tell you they don't have an order regardless of if you have the receipt and the app to show them. I had to just call my bank since they have such a lack in care for service, very rude. Definitely will not waste my time and money again. Literally cannot imagine how ridiculous you have to be to work with food and tell a customer who has the receipts for showing that location and time and not care to even look at it. Especially when it's not even busy.
