The last 4 times order is ALLWAYS wrong. Event when I go inside they still mess up my order 3 times while sitting. You don't ever have to tell me again you don't want my money.

I came to this McDonalds after my shift and was treated terribly. The African American ladies that took my money and food spoke to me very harshly and slammed the window in my face even though I kept apologizing and thanking them for their time. Then when I was handed my food the other lady gave me a nasty look flared her nostrils at me handed me the bag and again slammed the window in my face. I was fearful to eat the food for I feared they may have done something to it or spit in my food just because they seemed too be aggravated by something before I even order.

This is my second time coming to this restaurant and honestly, such a disappointment. I ordered through the app and both times it took about 30 minutes for the food to get to the table. Everything came out cold, there are no napkins or straws anywhere, and you have to go looking for the staff who avoid eye contact just so they don’t have to help. And whenever you ask something, they respond rudely.

Most of my experiences with McDonald’s haven’t been great, but this location is truly exceptional. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a little for your food, but it’s always worth it. There’s a super nice Haitian older lady who’s always so attentive and polite she really makes a difference. The lady who took my order made a small mistake with a code and accidentally overcharged me, but then came to the window herself to make sure I got my money back. That’s what I call great customer service! The food is always fresh, which is rare for McDonald’s. Excellent job 🤍
A typical McDonald with fast and friendly service. What is odd is that there are no signs on the building indicating that it is McDonald. I only knew when I saw Big Mac in the menu at the drive through.

Waited to get breakfast in the line and they switched their breakfast menu to lunch and refused to give us breakfast despite other McDonald’s making an exception when they have leftover breakfast. The manager was rude and refused to budge. Won’t be coming here anymore. The manager’s name was Gigi.

A fly was inside my chicken nugget. It was under a bubble of the outer coating which initially I thought was a burnt part. I guess it managed to eat its way all the out and eventually fly out. When I noticed a fly right in front of me I looked down at my food and saw that the “burnt part” was no longer there and there was a hole. I put 2 and 2 together and decided to check the chicken nugget. I took off the outer coating and to my surprise Fly eggs. The fly was using my chicken nugget as an incubator. Absolutely disgusting.
