They allow children much older than 3 year olds in the play pen. There have been dangerous situations caused by the older children and other parents could care less. This place is a Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I went in the inside because it was empty. I stood there waiting for service for about 4mins to be told to complete my order on a kiosk. I placed the order on the kiosk and waited about 5mins for the order. That wasn’t pleasant to me and the fries were extremely salty.

I ordered a strawberry and a chocolate milkshake. They gave me 2 vanilla milkshakes. When I protested, they insisted that it was what I ordered, contrary to the appearance. When I pointed out that the milkshakes look nothing like what I ordered, the staff became violent and threatened me. They refused to give me the entire order I placed which included 2 Happy Meals for my kids. The staff is completely rude and were trying to cheat me.

The manager was frustrated with me that I wanted to pay with cash and then when I asked him for some quarters back, he said we can’t give out change here. He was utterly exasperated with me. Should not be a manager. Who are they hiring?
