Went in for a mobile order pick up 15 minutes after placing the order. Went to the counter and saw my order was ready sitting on the counter behind an employee with my number 1615 on it 15 minutes later after leaning around the back of the privacy divider at the front counter I finally got my food. With two drinks, I needed a drink holder and was ignored for another five minutes. Finally the lady gave me a drink holder and told me she heard me ask the first time after I had asked the fourth time. This place is worse than Pollo tropical less than a mile away. Truly, a shame showing McDonald’s lost in the revenue category. This is why. The food was cold. The service was terrible and the facility was dirty. STAY AWAY.

Tried the new Chicken Big Mac! It was really good! Initially tasted like pickles but then started tasting like chicken. The only thing I didn’t like was that it acted like a Big Mac. The sandwich started sliding around and turned out to be really messy to eat. (See photo). But that’s how Big Macs are so don’t expect it to be different now that it’s chicken. It’s REALLY good. I probably won’t get it again because I don’t like my food falling apart but if you don’t care about that then definitely try it!!

There is never anyone at the register. The self service drink station is always out of order. If you want a refill you stand for over 5 minutes just trying to get a worker’s attention. McDonald’s is making a huge mistake taking out the self serve beverage station and understaffing the front register to the point where there is never anyone around to help you.

Was doing a DoorDash delivery that apparently got taken before by another driver and followed instructions accordingly. The manager on 09/22/24 at 3:00pm kept trying to give me the answer that got me out out her hair the fastest, even after telling her I can’t cancel the order myself otherwise I’d get penalized and she did not care at all, simply went on with her day showing how little she cared. Terrible lead as a manager, need to show more empathy than that, we’re all human, have some heart, McDonald do better as a face for management.

I went with a friend today to pick up lunch and got a to go order to bring back to work. When I came back and started eating I spotted a long black strand of curly hair in the hamburger. This has never happened to me before and I was quite shocked because I grew up coming to this McDonald's and it's always been so clean and always had a great atmosphere. I'm not upset but it was a pretty gross experience. Please do better.
Good food. Good prices. Good cleaning and organization. Good atmosphere. Good customer service. Not very busy. I recommend it.

Me and my dad have been to this restaurant for years now, and they definitely improved with kiosks and the app to order our meals and desserts for points and deals. The restaurant provides a family-friendly dine-in atmosphere or quick drive-thru.
Kid-friendliness: They offer franchise toys and collectibles, still with families or friends eating beside them.
