Not a fan of McDonald coffee due to their burning taste but today did not have time to make coffe home. Stopped by this Mcdonald, I had to cancel my coffee order. The drive thru is so long and is not moving, went inside 2 long lines a both registers and no one is taking orders. And on top of that for their burning taste, $2.99 is way expensive for a coffee

I just had to walk right of this location because the Manager on duty has absolutely no customer service skills and completely rude. I walked up to a guy behind the counter and asked if they had Breakfast Burritos still available (Side Note:The location by my house always has them available ), and she jumped in the middle of me asking him to scream at the top of her lungs "WE DON'T HAVE BURRITOS " without looking me in the face running past me and cut him off completely. When I said excuse me, it was just a question, she ignored me completely and ran off to do nothing. She just chose to do a dry by and be rude. Not sure what her problem is, but she needs to lose her job. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I will never come back to this location, and I'm sure others feel the same after dealing with her.

The service was horrible and our order was wrong., but the manager kaisha was excellent and she made it alright. Thank you kaisha for your help. We like the fact she resolved the problem.
rude as hell! worst customer service ever. came to pick up a doordash and noticed they were busy inside before i even walked in which is understandbly stressful. an employee inside was holding the door locked and said i couldnt come in even though i showed her my doordash screen. yelled at me through the door in front of a crowd of people and waved me off like a dog. forced to wait in drive thru line for 10+ minutes and attempted to complain to the manager who couldn’t care less. mcdonalds never has 5 star service solely because its mcdonalds but this one was AWFUL. waste your money on junk food else where.

WILL!!! me and my boyfriend pulled up at 2 am and will was working drive thru, very understaffed BUT HE WAS AMAZING!! great vibes great guy, my go-to mcdonald’s any day of the week food came out fresh and fantastic, best mcchicken

Tell me how someone messes up a CHOCOLATE shake. This is half and half they gave me. There’s more vanilla than chocolate. How lazy must you be to not fully mix a shake???? It seems silly to complain about.. but it’s something so simple that it’s laughable how this couldn’t be done properly. (Yes.. I’ve worked in a fast food establishment before and have made shakes as well) it’s not that hard.
