The restaurant is small and the cuisine is close to what is specifically Middle Eastern or Persian. The food is excellent and was enough for four people, two of us. The place is very small and in a place somewhat far from the south beach of Miami.

I ordered 2 kebab ground beef with rice for the dinner ( me and 2 small kids) and when I started to eat food I realized that meat was sour and pretty tuff to eat, so I guess it was laying for sometime , waiting for someone to order. Very disappointed because my kids eat some meat before I took it from them.

Update: please read the response below. Notice that they care more about the reputation and not the food. If you would like proof that you have friends who have come to your store and left favorable reviews I can prove it all day.
Secondly. Make better food. Make better choices when and if the clients say what they have said. Do not come back defending yourself.
Third: it seems as though you do not understand reviews.
When someone complains you do not get defensive and call people stupid or say it's the customers fault.
4th you try and make the customer look bad and they prove you wrong. You say things like.. we don't have this item and the reviewer does you are lying.
5th and good review you let sit and say nothing.
6 it seems that only good reviews come from Armenians you know... Weird.
I can keep on going but again you're right and the rest of the bag reviews are wrong.
You sound like a person who is barley surviving and then you say you get 50 calls a day but no great reviews.
The reason people leave bad reviews is based on the food. Look for yourself.
I despise places like this. And again why I will never return.

Two tables more of a takeout/delivery spot. Food was ok. Fresh, hot , tasty. For a quick bite on the go a good place. Im pretty sure code requires a bathroom.
We have done take out from the Coral Springs location a couple of times. The Koobedehs are top notch. However, the prices have been going up. Online they show the price of everything to be a dollar less and when you show up, you pay more. I feel this should be rectified as it is false information. Also, they don't make it very clear that you can only have half salad and half rice but you can't have half pita (which is actually not great quality lavash) and they charge you $2 for a few triangles for the lavash. So enjoy the food but watch out for the little tricks here and there to charge more.

First time , would go back . Food was fresh & done to order. Lunch platter was good portion , good flavors no complaints on good & quality..my only issue is why give hummus if you have to buy pita separately.
Bathroom is in back of kitchen, which is fine but the back needs a little touch up . Bathroom was clean & presentable .

Great food and friendly staff. Ive eaten here multiple times and the food is always fresh and delicious. A definite staple in weekly eating.
Parking: Limited spaces in front but plenty around the plaza area. I never have an issue finding a close spot.
