Unfortunately, Elizabeth Veloz, the owner, does not take into consideration the customer's time.
Yesterday, she stepped out of the store during working hours without putting a sign up on her door to advise customers that she would be back within a descent amount of time.
This caused me to return a second time to pick up the item I ordered.
Her inactions showed me she does not care about the customer's own time.
Thank you so much for creating this delicious and perfect cake for my dad and his 80th birthday! It was perfect!
