The food is nice, my favorite thing to have is the drink called Chicha, get it! It's quiet during the day but later it can get loud just with one table chatting away, the music was too loud in one of the times I went there, I personally need to be able to hear the person I'm with at my table, not the music and definitely not the ones a couple of tables away. The service is nice since it's all prepared in the kitchen it can take a few minutes to get it which is hard when you're hungry ?, but the ladies who work there are very kind and treat you nicely, everyone so far has been polite to me.

If you are looking for a Venezuelan restaurant, I do NOT recommend this one in the Coral Spring area at all. First, it took them a while to bring the food, which was 6 empanadas, and if we had not gone in to ask, they would forget that we are sitting outside. Second, the food arrived cold. And third, the American coffee tasted like water with sugar, we asked to change the coffee and it was worse. We will not return and we do not recommend the site at all. Terrible attention from the staff and I regret having taken a friend and having been left disappointed with the service. I do not recommend it 0 points.

New with them. They catered to my job and that’s how I discovered them. They catered a big tray of the cutest fusion samples of food that turned out to be quite filling to the tummy! Yummy! And their 3 leches oh my gosh!!!! I had to go back to them just to purchase an 8x8 pie, which I’ll get tomorrow! I’m excited! Their food is all good!! Can’t wait to keep trying the rest of their food ?

I honestly just love this place. Love the fact that you feel this a family owned place where you get family and cultural food in the best of the qualities. I went with all my non-latino friends and we can't be more excited to go back! Very very good food, very nice people and overall, just a very good place.

I was really excited to try this restaurant, I love Venezuelan food. Unfortunately, I was Disappointed, the quality of the food was not what I was expecting, the empanadas were greasy, and the overall taste was just not there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Today I was in a super uncomfortable and unpleasant situation with the owner of this restaurant (a middle-aged lady) and the food that was supposedly freshly cooked after I took it WAS cold. In short, I took an Uber from this restaurant today at 1:50 pm and when the driver was there at 2:15 pm they said that the iPad was disconnected and that he had not seen the order. The driver communicates with me and tells me about the situation. The first thing I do is call and they give me many explanations and excuses like I have never worked in a restaurant:). After that, Uber canceled my order at 2:30pm (BECAUSE OF THE RESTAURANT, NOT THE DRIVER) because they called me and apologized on their behalf, but the restaurant was responsible. I am very upset, I leave my house and drive to the restaurant and I am having a conversation with the girl in front explaining to her what happened and she only wants to justify that the restaurant's wifi is something else (if it is the wifi then it changes plan to a faster one) what happens there is not my problem because if I ordered a meal it has to be ready as simple as that. I am a very calm person and I don't like fights but I really wasn't going to let myself be stepped on by this abusive lady. A VERY, VERY rude and haughty person comes out of the kitchen and talks to me in a bad way and shouts continuously repeating things until he starts shouting for the simple fact that he said because of this inconvenience I hope I get a discount in exchange and he started saying yes. I came for free food to get me out of his restaurant (food that I paid for and even left a tip after the problem) at this moment he is screaming and coming in and out of the kitchen laughing that I don't pay for electricity or water to get free food . So it's fair that I ordered a delivery, they canceled it because of THEIR fault, I have to drive 15 minutes to look for it and also pay the full price WHEN WAS IT YOUR FAULT that all this happened??? (Successful restaurants always agree with the customer and that is not the case, nor is she right. IT IS BECAUSE THANKS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE THE RESTAURANT. I continued ignoring her until I got tired and told her things too because it is very frustrating that you said you were spending money in a restaurant with an IT IS THAT THEY LEARN TO ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKES AS A BUSINESS AND LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS NOT PROBLEMS. A very unpleasant experience! I come back and repeat the food, I paid for it and left a tip, so who was the disrespectful or rude person? Learn to know in which restaurants to spend your money, gentlemen. .

I was at this restaurant last week and the place it’s small, food is not that good (greasy, taste old, everything is frozen made). This place needs a lot of improvements to be honest. It’s not good

This restaurant is really not worth it. The owner is a haughty, rude and disrespectful person. Just because of a suggestion he took me out of the restaurant.

Horrible service all around. I ordered a doordash order that i waited over three hours for, The dasher had to cancel the order as it was not ready when he got there and had other orders to tend to. I had to go out of my way and leave my sick mother at the hospital alone to go and pick up our now cold food. upon arrival i expressed my frustration and how a discount would've been nice, to where I was then met with the owner of the store calling me derogatory names and yelling at me. This is very upsetting as I have been a customer for quite a while now, and after this encounter I will definitely never step foot in here again and advise you all to do the same.
