Nick's New Haven Style Pizzeria & Bar

Ordered and paid online today. When I got to the restaurant it was locked and dark. No sign on the door and the website indicated it was open. They took my money and it still has not been credited back to my card. The text message i received indicated the order was cancelled but they took out the money from my account … of course no one was there to contact. Google is forcing me into one star but they don’t deserve even one. I better get my money back. This is DISGRACEFUL! a voice message should have been left on their phone and a message on the website stating closed and a sign out on the door. Shady.

I ordered a Pizza for pick up over the phone the other day. The woman on the phone said the only meat available was pepperoni, which should’ve been a red flag. She told me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived in 40 minutes and waited behind two people who were 30 minutes for their order. I was told they were really backed up and had only one person making pizzas. That information would’ve been nice to know over the phone. I eventually got my order 30 minutes later. I finally got to eat my food after a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. The pizza was good but not worth going through the hassle. I wish I could have have asked for a discount or compensation for the long wait. I won’t be eating from there for a long while.

Great customer service, the bartender was excellent(his name is Sean)and the fry calamary was one of best in coral Springs.

Extremely disappointed with the pizza. Ordered two large pies to go and both had the bare minimum cheese and sauce. No where near as good as actual new haven style pizza. The flavors are decent but the pizza was very bare. It also cost $51 after tips for 2 large pizzas one cheese and one with 2 toppings.

what is notoriously love. Third time here and we love it better with each trip. Great food and service.

We have been going to Nicks for a few years now, and last night was super disappointing. We waited an hour for our food, our appetizer came at the same time as our pizza and salad. People learn what an appetizer is, it comes before your food. There was a staff shortage the bar tender had to step in and help, 2 kids waiting on tables it takes 2 of them to wait on the table, no real staff, manager no where on site. the oven was not fired up, the pizza was cold and the metal tray they brought it out on was warmer then the pizza. Waitress took the pizza and instead of putting it back in the oven she tossed it. they don't even serve steak. child got a salad and all 3 of us had to split it, because we were starving at that point, and have been waiting entirely too long. We had to stop at McDonalds on the way home. Please get your act together !!!!

Love this place been coming here for years since they opened. Great atmosphere friendly little neighborhood gem. Definitely try the bruschetta you won’t be disappointed. Sean, Erin & the rest of the staff are the best.

Pizza pretty good, service hit and miss. Good pizza is hard to find, unless you like it doughy and flaccid. Plenty of those around.Open air bar means warm inside restaurant and the smell of a finely aged Marlboro occasionally drifts into the seating area.Servers like to BS openly in back and don’t censor their conversations. Office politics overheard almost every visit. Sometimes when place is empty you still wait for service.Now I find out my credit card number was lifted, last place I used it. Don’t usually let them walk away with the card, but shame on me.Anyone else have a similar experience?

Took 30-40 minutes then pizza was RAW.... Server NEVER came back so we ate it cause we were starving..... Took another 20 minutes to get my check...... Then another 10 minutes to get it back.....2 Pizza's & garlic bread (asked for Root Beer, NEVER brought it) was $63.00....poor service & worse food..... NEVER AGAIN

Bartender was great and the pizza was good. Unfortunately, they allow smoking at the bar so hard to enjoy your meal with the smoke and smell of cigarettes.

My sons favorite place when he comes to visit, he owns a sports bar in Buffalo. the last several visits here May 2021 service was poor and the person behind the bar was high couldn't keep her eyes open and slurred, it was awful and she was also drinking behind the bar. I know some states don't allow this not sure about Florida. Trust me she didn't need a drink as high as she was. The owner was talking to us one evening and telling us how slow it was and hard to get anybody to work, well this bartender might be part of the problem why you are slow. after several visits in May we wont back. to embarrassing to bring anyone there.
