Nothing Bundt Cakes

We love the bundt cakes, the location normally has someone in there getting a cake all the time. Can't remember it every being empty of patrons. The staff here are always pleasant. When mistakes are made they make it right, even when nothing was asked of them. Thats a classy thing to do in this day and age of instant gratification yet no accountability. I believe this store will be here for as long as they want to be. We look forward to more tasty bites.

Today was the worst experience ever at this place. Love the cakes but Joane took my order and I had questions and the lack of customer service, not smiling did not even answered my question and had an additute when I changed the order. Kind of disgusting having someone with long eyelashes and nails with sequences handling food. 😒 totally disappointing

I placed a small pickup order 2 days in advance for a specific time. I came into the store and ended up waiting over 20 mins to receive my order! I wasn’t the only one who was waiting that long for a pickup order.

Love the cake. Never order a cake at this location for a holiday. I ordered for Father’s Day online, arrived at the scheduled pick up time, and proceeded to waiting 40 minutes for the cake with my kids in the car. After that wait, they said it would be another 20 minutes and they would call when it is ready. Fast forward an hour, no call and the store is closed. Zero stars for holiday service.

Offered speciality cake and ran out two days before the end of promotion and chose not to make more. Properly label your promotional period so you don’t have issues w it.

I ordered the mini cupcakes for Easter and had a variety. They were all so good! Great service and ordered online and picked up in Coral Springs
