It’s a very nice store, the customer service is top notch and the cakes are second to none… excellent.

Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten-free bundtlet for those that have gluten sensitivity.

Kid-friendliness: The bundtinis were a perfect substitute for the standards mini cupcakes for a class function. Especially because we needed to be conscious of a nut sensitivity for one of the children. These were the perfect solution since we couldn’t get store bought cupcakes.

I was just introduced to the bundlets, which are mini cupcake sized cakes. The red velvet is my favorite and has small chocolate chips with each bite! They run promotions, like BOGO, when you sign up with an account.

They have a great variety of cake flavors that are really good for any type of occasion due to their wide range of decorations. The wait for a cake is not very long, around 10 minutes. The service was great, and all the ladies who attended to me were excellent.

Regrettably, I can only visit your store once a year, and during this time, I always look forward to purchasing the key lime flavor. However, I am disappointed to find that this flavor is often sold out. The store representative explained that it's a high-demand product and they are unable to restock it. I managed to purchase twelve units during my last visit, but I believe the availability of this flavor should be extended beyond its current limited window. I understand that maintaining inventory can be challenging, but considering the strong demand from customers, I suggest adding the key lime flavor to your menu year-round. While I appreciate the recommendation to try the lemon flavor, it does not compare to the unique taste of the key lime. As a dedicated customer, I hope my feedback reaches the relevant decision-makers and prompts a reconsideration of the availability of the key lime flavor. Thank you for your attention to this matter. No stores in my area have the key line flavor so that says a lot. Bring in this flavor on would definitely bring more revenue for your store.Especially customers like myself that like what they like.

The service and people at the desk were very nice. I called ahead and they had what I needed ready to go. I got to take advantage of a coupon therefore getting 2 Bundtlets (Bogo). Overall, a great experience.

I honestly came here to pick up a delivery and walked out a future customer. I tried the chocolate chocolate chip personal size bundt cake and it was truly fantastic. Amazing service up front. The right kind of attitude and energy for a bakery. Thanks to V at the counter for making me feel like a welcome new Patron. I will keep coming back

Picking up a very large order but had to wait quite a while to get helped and was disappointed for the poor service. However, the manager called me the day after to thank me for order and to inquire on how things went. After sharing my experience, the manager was so kind and provided feedback to ensure I don't have any issues in the future. I will continue to use NothingBundtCakes Coral Springs for all my group and personal dessert needs! Always delicious and using for graduation too!!!! I have updated my prior review because its not always the problems we have but how the business solves them. And the management/owner was very pleasant and understanding.

I am a client for the first time at this franchise. No service at all to help choosing a flavor. There is no small samples, the smallest is sold by dozen … since I really wanted this cake for my husband’s birthday I bought an individual portion to try it (5.50$) and ate it with my hands because a hen I was going to ask for a spoon to try it, there is no free spoon, its cost is $6.I ended up buying the cake because is what my husband wanted but the service and the policies of the company does not deserve it.Never buying something here again.
